Rainuh is a bouncy and loving pup! She is ready to meet her forever family! From her amazing foster family: "Rainuh is a high energy, adventurous dog. Some of her favorite things are playing ball, tug of war, treats, her ferret siblings, and snuggling in bed. She loves walks, but is still learning good leash skills, such as not pulling. Rainuh would do the best being in a house with no other dogs. Although she does love to play with pups on occasion, she struggles with resource guarding on items that she finds special to her. She currently has four ferret siblings that she absolutely loves to spend time with. She is extremely smart and can learn tricks and commands very fast. Something that Rainuh has been struggling with is meeting new people. She gets nervous easily and tends to growl/bark at new friends. However, once she is comfortable, it only takes her a little while to warm up to strangers. If you are looking for a puppy that loves to play but will also snuggle the entire night away, then Rainuh might be the perfect dog for you!"

Rufus is in need of a new foster home. As this boy has been with EAPL for a couple of years it's time that he has a new home! Please email eaplevergreen@eapl.com if you can foster him.   I'm Rufus, a/k/a "Roof the Goof." Est, birthday 9/29/2018  I don't mean to brag, but I'm handsome.  And I'm a very good boy.  Look deep into my honey-colored eyes and you'll see that I'm a tender-hearted love bug, hoping for some daily sofa snuggle time. My housebreaking is perfect, I sleep quietly through the night, I don't tear things up, and I will love you with my whole heart.  My sleek coat doesn't shed.  While I can be a bit selective about my canine companions, I love to romp and play with my canine foster sister.  I know how to sit, stay, and lay down. I ride great in the car.  My leash manners are excellent most of the time, but if I see a bunny or another dog, I can get worked up and pull and bark.  I'm working on that, and my trainer friend will give us a free session so you can learn the best way to help me calm myself when I get excited.  My foster is the best, but I'm ready for my forever family!  My adoption fee is $375 Put in an application today eapl.com  May 6, 2024, 3:00 pm

Double Stuff is such a sweet and happy pup with the cutest smile and goofy personality! From his foster: "When someone told Double Stuff to stop and smell the roses, he listened, but he didn't really know what roses were so he chose the next best thing-dandelions. When he isn't chomping down on nature's tasty treat, he loves frolicking after grasshoppers, then eating them. He's potty trained and good on the leash. While he's working on getting used to cats, he does exceptionally well with dogs and would excel in a home with a dog friend. He's also still working on his play biting -since he's still a puppy he loves nibbling on all things. The only thing we've found that makes him sad is not being able to make friends (human, dog, he wants everyone to show him some love). He's charismatic, goofy, and one of a kind. He's one of the biggest, most loving hearts anyone could ask for. Sweet Bubba was abandoned outside a vet clinic. They took him in, cared for him, and found him a wonderful home. Unfortunately, his human mom had a stroke that forced her to move to an assisted living facility. Bubba is a friendly boy and good with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is crate-trained and house-trained and just pure joy!
