Hello My name is Eileena. I am incredibly sweet, shy, and gentle. I would love more than anything for you to sit in front of me and love on my face. I start falling asleep. I am wonderful on a leash, house trained, doggy door trained, love other dogs, car rides, playing and going in an open door crate to nap & sleep in. My foster mom keeps asking me why was I dumped? Then she will say, "I am so blessed I went to a neighbor's home who knows they are a rescue". I am healthy and have a vet visit to have all my shots done. I am ready to start my journey to you. We got him as a puppy from a breeder in Virginia Beach, VA. He’s 6 years old, a German Shorthaired Pointer with lots of energy left. We are looking for an active home that can give him the time, space, and exercise he deserves, ideally with older kids or none, and a yard or open space. He’s sweet with people and other pets but needs boundaries, and with an infant and toddler we can’t give him the environment he deserves. A dog is still an animal, and very young children don’t yet understand when he needs space or when they need to move away from him. He loves being part of everything, so he will cry when you leave the house, but will be so excited when you get back, even after just 5 minutes.He is sweet, gentle, affectionate, playful, high-energy, loyal. He loves walks, runs, and fetch. This is the hardest decision of our lives, and we want someone who will love him as much as we do.

Rust is a purebred GSP 5 year old and is up to date with shots. I got him at 8 weeks. He is a sweet loving affectionate silly boy. He has a lot of energy and needs work to be happy! At this time with an infant and limited living space it is hard to find the time to help him live his full active potential ! Fun fact: he has flown across the country twice! He was born in Mass, lived in Seattle 2.5 years with us and relocated to Mass recently
