Red is a rescue from Mexico. He is people and dog and people friendly but a bit shy in the beginning which is understandable because until now he was living in the streets of Tijuana Mexico however when he trusts you he is a super loyal companion with lots of love to give. He is a very sweet soul and looking for a patient quiet home without young children, children 10 and older should be fine. Please call us if you’re interested in adopting him. 360 2580702 ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕

Story
Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sGd4aGISzGI Peanut is a young handsome boy who would love to become your cuddle buddy. He has a stunning milk chocolate colored coat and a lean, sportive physique. He is great with other dogs, walks well on the leash and does well in the crate. He does well with cats in general but can chase if they are skittish so only cats who are well adjusted and used to being around dogs. He is a great boy who faced euthanasia along with his brother simply for being out of time. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue (copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Michigan (St Joseph, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) - Vermont (Brattleboro) Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, heartworm tested (negative). Adoption fee: $550 (includes the $250 cost of transport from Oklahoma and all vetting listed above) Adoption application (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176 FAQs (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://docs.google.com/document/d/12eb_SRtk1AzaBl87UltcLJ24MjH9UhQm_LE77iWZEQA/edit?tab=t.0 Desiderata Rescue is Oklahoma Licensed Rescue #95

Story
Anu (short for Anubis) is a 7 year old Vizsla mix. He is a very cuddly and affectionate dog. He often thinks that he is either a fellow person and will sit like a human on the couch or thinks that he is a lap dog and will try to cuddle you as close as he can. I adopted him at a shelter in Washington in 2019 when he was a year old and has been amazing ever since. He has lived with various other dogs, a few cats, and for a short while children as young as 5 years old all without issue. He is reactive toward stranger dogs (not part of his home family) though he has been very well trained by Paw and Hand K9 here in Oregon. He knows how to sit, laydown, stay, go to his bed, how to wait at the door before going outside, how to leave it when he is getting defensive about a squirrel, how to walk on leash at your heel, and others. He would do great in any loving home.

Bubba Butch has embarked on an incredible journey since joining our rescue. Once unsure of himself, he has blossomed into a confident and loving companion. With a little patience and dedication, Butch has learned to trust humans, mastered some commands, and discovered the joy of play. This goofy guy absolutely adores his favorite rope toy and brings a smile to your face with his playful antics. Hes not just about the fun, though; Butch is also a sweet soul who loves nothing more than sharing cuddles and treats! To help him thrive, we believe Butch would do best in a structured home with an experienced owner who understands the rewards of nurturing a spirited dog.
