Rescued as a stray by a kind samaritan who is providing foster care for Banita, she would benefit from an active lifestyle, ideal for someone who enjoys walking, funning or hiking. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

This sweet boy wandered into our neighborhood golf course in March 2026. He is beautiful but was very emaciated. He’s doing much better now. He is a sweetheart and plays well with other dogs. Since he is only 1 1/2 we are working on leash training and expect success. Very passive temperament.
