Hi, my name is Lorelei. I'm a loving and loyal Weimaraner with a heart as big as my curious nose! I am a gentle, affectionate dog who wants nothing more than to be near people. I greet everyone with friendly enthusiasm and settle easily once I've had a chance to say hello. My calm, cooperative nature makes me an absolute joy to have in the home. I love long walks and can comfortably stroll two or more miles with my naturally brisk pace. After adventures, I'm more than happy to curl up for a good nap. Around the house, I am quiet, housebroken, and easygoing. I sleep through the night on my own bed in a separate room. I will happily hop into the car, where I settle in right away. I adore gentle affection and will sit sweetly at your feet, gazing up at you and waiting for pets. I am good with kids of all ages, and I'm relaxed with kids approach to pet me. I know "sit", "down", and "touch", and I'm currently working on building confidence when left alone. I am not destructive, but I can get a little worried when my people leave. I am also practicing crate training, though I'm not the biggest fan of the crate just yet. My favorite activity is going for walks! I'm somewhat interested in chasing a ball, but I do not chew on toys or bones. I am the perfect mix of active and mellow, affectionate and polite. I'm not particularly vocal, so I will just sit in front of you and make eye contact when I need to go out for potty, go for a walk, or am hungry. My overall energy level is pretty mellow. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will walk by your side and relax by your feet, I might be the perfect match for you. When she got home with us she was just so happy and followed me everywhere. She got along with all my other pup's right from the start. Chloe is very well behaved and listens to me. She will sit and stay, and is fully potty trained too. She will try to eat everyone's food, so we feed her separately. She loves attention!!!! I am teaching her how to play and she is learning how to chase a Frisbee, toy, and ball. (She didn't know what to do). Chloe likes men, women and children. She is also good with cats, which is a big relief. I love how Chloe likes to cuddle up with me on the couch and take a nap. Chloe will sleep all night In Her dog bed, and if she needs to go out she will come and get me. She is a sweetheart. ♥️. Toby is a stunningly handsome senior love bug that is 12 years plus ( per the shelter records, but we find it hard to believe) and is so deserving of his loving forever family. Toby weighs approximately 43 pounds of love & sweetness and he has pep in his step and loves going on long walks. He is so happy and is in his element while walking to the park or walking on trails. He’s a gem of a dog just wants to be around his loved ones. He was rescued from a high kill shelter with a huge mass on his tail, and once he was rescued went straight to our vet to have major surgery, which removed his mass and part of his tail. He’s healthy and feeling better than ever, and would love a home to live out the rest of his sweet life. Toby is neutered, received a comprehensive fecal test, is microchipped, fully vaccinated and received his wellness exam. He loves lounging on his dog bed, loves stuffed toys and his favorite treats are freeze dried liver treats. Tony rides great in the car, loves everyone he meets and is packed and ready for fun walks and lots of new adventures with his loving forever family.
