Story
Shaggy and his friend Scooby came into rescue because their owner abandoned them with a relative who was not in a position to care for them properly. Thankfully, the relative reached out to rescues rather than abandon them a second time. While we can't be quite sure exactly what his breed mix is, Shaggy is certainly a unique looking pupper with beautiful eyes. He's a happy, loving guy ready for a forever family of his very own!
