I'm neutered, crate trained, and bursting with energy, so I need a home with plenty of space and an active family ready to exercise me several times a day. I'm great with kids (older kids are best for my spirited play style) and fantastic with other dogs, and my loyalty and affection mean I'll be your devoted companion through thick and thin. I'm smart, playful, and genuinely happy to be alive. A yard and active family will be great. Apartment living may not be for me unless you have the time and energy to keep up and keep me busy. Hola!! Mi amo Winona, como esta??? I am doing pretty well! Except I am still looking for my furever family.... :( I was found as a very very young puppy, with my siblings on the side of the road. No one knows where my mama is... unfortunately in the south LOTS of "people" would rather kill the product of unaltered female and male dogs than actually just get them spayed and neutered......... and very likely that is why we were left so carelessly on the side of a road at 2 weeks old.... just to die... Anyway, off my soapbox because so so many people and rescues in the south are working hard to overcome stupidity and do the right thing so it doesn't happen to other pups! I am a sweet and really gorgeous girl. My siblings and I looked very pittie and weimaraner size/temperament and personality wise. I have a gorgeous apricot colored coat with some blonde highlights (the kind you get at a fancy hairdresser :), mine were FREE :) I am now 3.6 yrs old and in my maturity I have stopped all the puppy antics- no chewing, barking, digging, peeing or pooping all over the place for me!! i am well mannered, will hang out with you while you work and then we can go for a walk or a run and then binge watch Masterchef (I LOVE ME some GORDON RAMSAY!!) until we get sleepy! That is my ideal day, so if you are down for hanging out with me all the time, fill out the adoption application and just give me happy and loving home please!! Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Wolverine is a loving, easygoing boy with the biggest heart. He is incredibly sweet and affectionate and always keeps a watchful eye on his sister, Rogue. You can already tell he is going to grow into such a loyal companion. Wolverine truly just goes with the flow. He loves to play and wrestle with his sister, but he’s just as happy relaxing and curling up on the couch with his people. We call him our “floppy man” because he somehow manages to mold himself into whatever space is available just so he can be as close to you as possible. If you’re looking for a loyal buddy and built-in best friend, Wolverine is your guy. On walks, he is always looking around and checking behind him to make sure the entire pack is together and everyone is still following. It is seriously the sweetest thing and shows just how naturally caring and attentive he is. Wolverine loves children, dogs, cats, and pretty much anyone wiling to give him a little head scratch.
