Story
Hi, I am Daisy. The vet says I may be a Weimaraner mix but I look like a graceful ballerina. I have long legs and a long body and I walk with a very graceful gate. I'm a 1.5 year old girl weighing about 38 pounds. I love to eat, and I am gaining weight after my time on the streets. I am a very sweet and friendly girl who will take all the love, hugs and kisses my humans can give me. I love other dogs and I like to play. I even stop when my grumpy old foster brother tells me he’s had enough play for the day. I am a curious dog, and like to explore my surroundings. My indoor expeditions are mellow. I like to walk around to take a look and sniff. I know a few commands and try to follow them the best I can, especially if treats are involved. I am house trained and sleep in my kennel. I do not like baths or nail clips, but I allow it because I get more hugs and kisses when I am sweet smelling. Petfinder lists our pets as ''Out of Town'' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
