A Houston mama dog who needed help with healing her gut after being found on the streets nursing a litter of puppies - she was also treated for heartworms now in prevention. She is now spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She has a soft and stunning silver coat with a long tail. Diva seems to prefer the city life and cozy things, with no prey drive or interest in chasing smaller things but staying close to humans. She is fostered with dogs of all sizes and is the passive one. She shows her age (guessed to be just 3 years old) by energetic dog wrestling and running. She is now living up to her name and with a flair for the dramatic and likes to be the center of attention; a socialite in her own mind. She gives kisses to all she meets. She’s a total cuddle bug ❤️, super affectionate once she trusts you, and loves being near her people. Besides the obvious (being GORGEOUS) Krissy is smart, food motivated, and eager to learn. Shes great on a leash(no pulling at all) enjoys walks, loves baths (yes, really 🛁), and is a total passenger princess in the car! She can be a little jumpy and mouthy, especially after you return home.. but we’re working hard on it with tethering, lots of chew toys, bones, and lick pads & she’s improving every day. She’s playful, good with kids, and thrives on routine and guidance. Loyal, loving, and full of personality she’s ready for her forever home!” ✨Meet Krissy!✨ Krissy came to us after being found as a stray abandoned in a backyard in the city of Philadelphia.
