How it started: Meet Colin, a 1yr old gentle sweet boy. As a puppy he got lost in the system, altered and vaxed, but never got to adoption events so he never has had the chance to be in a home with a family. He and his siblings were dropped off at the shelter and were set to be euthanized, but luckily he was saved. Now he’s ready to learn how to be a dog, how to get snuggles and how to be a loyal, loving companion to your family for life. More on Colin: Colin originally came from California so he is bi-coastal. He fits in anywhere and everywhere! What a lovely boy Colin is in every sense of the word. He was a house dog and lost his home like so many others. He is house-trained and once followed his master around the house helping her in daily activities. That was his job that he did so willingly, so gently. Colin is very dog friendly and loves to go on nature walks. He is very easy on the leash. A perfect boy who enjoys all forms of training...what we call in the dog world - "a huge will-to-please" - a dog trainer's and a dog lover's delight! She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.Willow is an incredibly sweet, affectionate, people-loving girl. She loves attention and believes everyone she meets is there to pet her! ❤️ She gets along well with dogs, children, and even cats—she tends to simply ignore them.She is playful, energetic, and loves having room to run. She gets the cutest zoomies around the yard and would do best with a fenced yard and an active family who will give her plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection.Willow is still learning her leash skills and has made great progress with training. JJ is just about a perfect dog. He'd wound up in a kill shelter at only 8 weeks old and has not found his family yet. BUT..JJ is a perfect gentle sweet family dog. He is looking for that good home to chill in, be a couch potato, go on nice walks and hike with..maybe even learn how to swim. Let's show James how wonderful a place Texas is. He is currently out here by Reunion Rescue in the midst of gorgeous Hill Country and Lake Travis - Colorado River. Come on over and take James out for a hike at the Greenbelt, our second best kept secret. JJ is our best kept secret. Ask about our foster to adopt program and lifetime holistic support. My wife and I adopted Sam when he was a puppy in Nashville in early 2020. Since then - he has been part of our family as we have moved from Nashville to NYC to Atlanta to Austin and as our family has grown to include two children. Our oldest daughter has been complaining for the past ~12 months of allergy and throat issues, and after bringing her to an allergist the panel for dog dandruff came back as her most positive allergen. We dont want to rehome Sam because he is an amazing companion and is always a bundle of energy to be around. He is fairly low maintenance, and would do well with someone who is active as he loves going on long walks and runs. He loves to play fetch and loves to be included in activities.
