Hi! We’re looking to rehome our dog Charlie. We don’t want to rehome him but both my job and my husbands require us to travel and we no longer live near family & friends. Charlie is 11 years old but still has plenty of energy. He likes to be playful with other dogs. He is good around other dogs, people and children. He isn’t a fan of cats. Story
Pico Steve found himself in a high kill shelter in a very crappy area. He would have made it out... but to whom? I'm so thrilled we were able to rescue him and get him the groom and skills to live in a home. Pico Steve is a very fun boy. He is high energy, so he would do best in a home that is active and will work with his busy brain. Dog enrichment and continued socialization needed. He will require continued grooming and training. Please don't apply if you can not provide the above Homelife. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. Fergus is a 3 month old old fluffy, adorable, gentle pup. He goes with the flow... very well balanced. Great with all dogs, crate trained and excelling with his potty training. He's learning the leash. Loves toys, chase balls and can settle when needed. He knows how to self soothe. All in all he is a perfect puppy. We are guessing he will be in the 30 pound range full grown. Can not guarantee hypoallergenic for people with sensitivities. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. Meet Theodore, a sweet 4-year-old Wheaten Terrier mix with a heart full of love once he’s had a chance to warm up! Theodore is a charming boy who can be a bit nippy if his personal space is invaded, so he prefers to approach you on his own terms. While he may initially be defensive if approached too quickly, Theodore is a cuddly companion at heart. Once he feels comfortable and secure, he will eagerly seek out snuggles and affection. He’s good with other dogs and loves to play, though he isn’t fond of cats. Theodore is looking for a patient and understanding home where he can feel safe and cherished. If you’re willing to give him the time he needs to build trust, he’ll reward you with endless love and playful companionship.
