Story
Hi! I’m Lemmy — a wiggly, wide-eyed little lovebug with a heart full of joy and a tongue that’s always out for smiles and kisses! I’m all about tail wags, playful zoomies, and soaking up every bit of love I can get. With my sweet face and goofy charm, I’m sure to steal your heart the moment we meet. I may be small, but I’ve got big dreams — like finding a furever home where I can be someone’s shadow, cuddle buddy, and daily dose of sunshine. I’m curious about the world, love making new friends, and would be thrilled to have a cozy bed (or your lap!) to call my own. I’ve already had my share of tough days, but you’d never guess it with how happy and hopeful I am. I’m learning new things every day and would love a family who’s ready to guide me with kindness, patience, and lots of treats. Are you looking for a little sidekick to fill your days with love, laughter, and puppy kisses? Come meet me — I’ve been waiting for you!

Story
Meet Pirulin! This Whippet and Hound mix is expected to be medium-sized when fully grown&#194&#151but don't let that fool you, he's got a big personality and an even bigger heart. Pirulin is a bit of a shy guy at first but warms up, especially if there are treats and another dog for him to make friends with. Once he's comfortable, he is a bundle of energy who lives for playtime&#194&#151whether it's chasing toys, romping with his foster dog siblings, or zooming around the yard, he's always ready for fun. He's also incredibly sweet and affectionate with his known people, always happy to snuggle up after a good play session. Pirulin is ok with kids he's met out and about but doesn't live with any kids right now and he's not a go-to-everywhere kind of guy but he's made a lot of progress in his foster home with socialization and training. He is great with other dogs and would do well in a home a dog sibling to play and learn from. He is eager to please and has mastered house training and sleeping in his crate. Pirulin is a joyful companion who will bring nonstop smiles to his future forever family! Pirulin is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Pirulin, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Please email us at I doginfo@labsandmore.org if you need assistance. Thank you for looking to a rescue group to fulfill your dream of adding a new dog to your life! Story
Luther is a precious little boy who was found in the desert after being hit by a car. We urgently got him to one of our veterinary partners to get him the medical care he needed and now he is recovering in a foster home. Luther is only about 1 year old and with his longer, thin legs and short coat, we believe he is a Whippet and Terrier mix. Much like a Whippet, he is a quieter boy with a gentle personality. He is housetrained, learning how to walk on leash, and loves to sit in your lap. He would love a patient family who will continue to help him gain confidence in the big world. He is good with other dogs but may do best with more similar sized, calmer dog buddies. If you think you're ready to add to your family by adopting Luther, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! Story
Meet Dollar! 14-year-old Dollar was brought to the Chesterfield–South LA Shelter as a stray, though staff suspected he was actually surrendered by his owner. When we first welcomed sweet, shy Dollar as a Frosted Face, he was understandably overwhelmed by his new surroundings—his whole world had just been turned upside down! Fortunately, Dollar was chosen to go on an Frosted Fling, giving him the chance to decompress in a calm, loving home environment. We have learned that once he feels safe, his playful and affectionate side shines through! Dollar's foster mom shares: "Dollar has been to the dog beach several times, visits dog parks once or twice a week, goes to the pet store, and often rides in the car with his people. He also participated in a Halloween pet parade. At home, Dollar happily approaches asking for pets. Outside, he becomes shy and often freezes when strangers try to pet him. Dollar has been around big and small dogs and cats. Although he is shy, he perks up when walking and playing with another mild-mannered dog in the house. He is very playful at home with his friend but gets scared at dog parks if other dogs surround him. Dollar relaxes when home alone and hasn't had any accidents." Dollar has come so far in just five weeks—imagine how much he could blossom with the security of a forever home. Could you be the family he’s been waiting for? To meet Dollar, please email: placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org

Lady G is an amazing super mutt is a pretty cool little gal. She was rescued off the streets of Ensenada, mexico. As of 12/1/25 she is staying at casa de arwob in san diego fostered along many other dogs and cats. We do not know her breed as a super mutt but her tall legs, long snout and adorable face resembles a whippet or hound. If you like those breeds and don't want to support breeders this girl is as close as they come to the look alike breed. Her besties are Red, Ciaro, Roxy and we think  she would be a great dog for any beginner or experienced adopter. She is however your typical teenager, she can mellow out but also play play play and she needs normal 101 dog training for typical home things like chewing properly, potty training, etc. She is crate trained and does great being created. Lady G (lady gaga) was spayed and vetted in san diego and is a healthy beauty. Come meet her at her adoption event debut 12/13/25 and fall in love! To meet her we can schedule meet and greets in san diego once we receive adoption applications for review we will contact you. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you would like to meet one of our animals, PLEASE fill out an adoption application.
