Meet Raj, My first few weeks of life were very hard. Our mom tried her best, but she could only do so much by herself. Thankfully, we were found and taken into rescue, and our lives changed completely. Suddenly, we had warm blankets, full bellies, and people who cared about us. I still have a few little scars, but they are almost completely healed. They are simply reminders of how far I have come. Now I’m ready to find my forever family! My wish list is pretty simple: plenty of food, warm covers, and someone who will love me forever. He/she is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Gizmo is a sweet, affectionate rescue Whippet who loves being around people and being part of the family. He has a gentle personality, enjoys attention and companionship, and loves spending time with his people. I am looking for a loving home where Gizmo will have more companionship and consistency throughout the day. My work schedule and other responsibilities have changed, and there are now days when I am away from home for extended periods of time. I have realized that this simply is not the best situation for Gizmo, and he deserves a home where someone can spend more time with him. Gizmo would do best with an individual or family whose schedule allows for regular time at home, walks, outdoor breaks, and plenty of companionship. He is loving, affectionate, gentle, playful, loyal, and people-oriented. This is a difficult decision because Gizmo is a wonderful dog. My priority is finding him a safe, stable and loving home where he can get the time and attention he deserves.

Here we ARE!!! The "K" crew ;) with incredibly inventive K names we are taking the world by storm :D Well, in TX right now it is raining alot and we are pretty sure that it is because of US! We are four beautiful pups who have a muddy upbringing (we were found with 2 other pups around Memorial Day)... lost, scared and beautiful... So we are likely Hound/Scruffy/Lab mixes.. you know, we call them :San Antonio Specials! Karl looking brindley and chocolate with Krew and Karter looking more black and white like a lab. And a little scruffy too! Who doesn't love a scruffy beard?? As you can see in our pictures, we are full of life and full of love and fun. We have settled into the rescue life and are now ready to settle into the FAMILY life! We are pretty big pups, and will likely be at about 50-60 pound range full grown. We will be your bestest friends if you adopt one of us!! Waiting for your application!! Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
