Story
We have a stray that spent two weeks at another families home then relocated to our home in Sanford.  They named him Slinky.  Here is what we know. He is male, we are thinking 50-60 lbs, he is not chipped. Vet thinks he might be around a year old. We have a mid-oct appointment to get his shots up to date. Working on setting up an appointment to get him neutered. He is very affectionate and smart. He came to us partially house trained but he is doing much better now. In the first week we had him he learned to sit, sleep in his kennel (with a treat), working on stay, drop (stick or ball), and "lie down". He wants to jump up when he is excited but that is getting better quickly. He is very food motivated and affection motivated which makes training earlier. The house was in before us had another dog and kids and Slinky did fine with that. He is on a tick / flea preventative. If you have a busy house his high energy would fit in great. Lets set up a time for you to meet him
