The O Jays were a great Rhythm and Blues group from Canton Ohio. This litter is the O Jay litter with one girl and five boys, 1/2 whippet and 1/2 Australian Shepherd born December 15, 2025.. The girl is Olivia for the "O" and the boys are Jacob, Jason, Joshua, Joseph and Justin for the "Jays". There was a Message in our Music to follow the Love Train since it was Time to Get Down and consider adopting a pup so you can Sing a Happy Song! One of these pups would be a perfect companion and give you lots of love and have you Livin for the Weekend! They are very social. They will all be altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready to go to their new homes after March 25, 2026. We will do individual postings as soon as we get good pictures. This handsome 1-year-old, 34-pound Whippet mix is already proving to be a good boy and is house trained. Prince will thrive in a home that can provide structure, patience, and continued training to help him build confidence and be his very best self. He would do best with another confident dog in the home to show him the ropes and help him feel secure. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to learn more about this sweet boy! 💙 If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100. LIZZIE is an absolutely adorable little girl looking for love. She's an energetic mixed breed sweetheart who loves to play and meet new people. Lizzie appears to be part sight hound, maybe Whippet? Part Beagle? Maybe a little border collie? And heaven only knows what other breeds are in the mix. She's a leggy, high-waisted girl, fully grown at just 28 pounds but a little too thin, she could stand to add 2-3 pounds. It should be easy to add some weight to Lizzie, she's definitely a food enthusiast. Meal time and treat time are two of her favorite times. She loves loves loves playtime with other dogs and really needs a home with another active playful dog her size or larger. She's fine with cats as long as she has a doggie playmate. She loves kids and is housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet Lizzie, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Lizzie at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30-1:30 at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
