Story
Paco is a 6-year-old Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix weighing 10.6 pounds. He hasn't had a fair start in life; his original owners kept him confined because he barked too much and sometimes muzzled him. He also didn't get much socialization. We did our best to provide him with a home and to socialize him, but we plan on moving overseas and cannot take him with us. Once comfortable, Paco is affectionate and playful—he'll chat, show his belly, and play fetch. He's a couch potato who loves snuggling with trusted people or relaxing in his crate. He vocalizes sometimes, but he knows the command "quiet". He's easygoing with minimal maintenance needs but does take anxiety medication. He’s house-trained, leash-trained, and knows basic commands, including sit, come, lie down, and shake. He needs a calm owner who understands small dogs. Adoption fee covers the cost for vet visits and shots to get him up to date. Has valid rabies vaccine and all of his shots.
