Lupa is very energetic little girl. She is about 3 years old and is a wired hair terrier mix. She does like bark a lot and needs a lot of space to run around and play. She is not good with other dogs or with other animals in the home.  Lupa can be aggressive with strangers at times. She needs a lot of supervision as she can be destructive to household items and has seperation anxiety as well.  Lupa has trouble with one of her eyes and may require daily cleaning of her eyes.We do not have a central location to see our dogs.  Meeting any dog is by appointment ONLY currently. Appointments can be set up to meet any dog in San Diego. Currently we are unable to do any out-of-state adoptions. If you are interested in a particular dog please FILL OUT an Adoption Application at our website @ http://bajadogrescue.org/ready-to-adopt/adopt and we can schedule you for an appointment to meet with a particular dog if it is available. Lilly, was purchased for my father in-law. But unfortunately he fell ill, she is such a little love and is the best support companion. I don't who will be supporting who though! she is as needy as anyone I know that needs a little support companion., she is only 10 lbs and very easy to groom. Such a good girl. Once you get to know her she will welcome you to her fold as family Regardless of your age Young and old alike. She loves to sleep under the covers and spoon. I am having a hard time letting her go she is so eager to please. And lots of personality to boot. Needs a forever home, unfortunately I am allergic to her . I bathe her weekly and take allergy pills but it's not helping. Especially since she likes to sleep with me under the covers. She needs someone who's able to walk her and not leave her alone for long periods of time. If she sounds like she would fit in

She can be a little shy upon first meeting and we think she'd do best in a home with older children who understand how to respect her space.
