Story
Meet Snoopy Snoopy’s story is one we will never forget. When we found him at the shelter, he was heartbreakingly thin — little more than skin and bones — and clearly had not been shown much kindness in his life. Yet even in the middle of his own fear and uncertainty, Snoopy stood protectively by his kennel mate, quietly trying to keep them both safe. That told us everything we needed to know about his heart. This striking black-and-white pointer mix is expected to be around 40–50 pounds once he regains weight and finally gets the care he deserves. He's about 2 years old. Despite everything he has endured, Snoopy remains incredibly sweet, gentle, and eager for love. He just wants someone to sit beside him, reassure him, and show him that the world can still be good. Snoopy has survived neglect. He has survived fear. Now he deserves the chance to truly live — with a family who will never let him feel unwanted again. Won’t you be the one to give Snoopy the happy ending he has waited so patiently for? Visit www.scoutshonor.org for more informationJune 20, 2026, 7:46 pm

Story
If you would like more information about Brown Dog & his buddy, White Dog or are interested in adopting them, please contact this number, 281.932.8413 Hi there! Me and my buddy are two male coonhounds, I’m Brown Dog and he’s White Dog. We were dumped as puppies in 2020 but have been lovingly cared for by an elderly couple. Sadly, they can no longer care for us, so we’re looking for a new forever home— together, if possible. We’re friendly, smart, highly trainable and great with people and other dogs. We’ve lived outdoors with an electric fence and are used to being brought in at night. We do have strong hunting instincts, so a home without small animals is best. We are also great running dogs and will stay right by your side, either on or off leash. I’m Brown Dog (the smaller boss) and I take a daily glucosamine supplement after recovering from Rocky Mountain spotted fever as a pup. My brother, White Dog, is a bit more reserved but loves ear scratches. We’ve never met a stranger and can’t wait to meet you! Story
Hi there, I'm Augie! I'm still pretty new to my foster mom, but she already thinks I'm a very good boy. When I'm not cuddled up with my people or following them around the house, I enjoy chewing on bones and playing fetch. I also enjoy running around the backyard with my furry foster brother. While I'm a bigger guy, I'm still just a puppy so I'm working on manners like not jumping. Foster mom thinks I'm doing pretty well with "sit" and will pick up other commands quickly. I'm a pretty smart cookie. I'm already potty trained and crate trained, but I sometimes take a few minutes to settle at bed time. If you are looking for your shadow, I would be happy to help. Apply to meet me and you'll never be alone again. Augie is a male Shepherd mix with an estimated date of birth of 11/29/25. As of 5/9, he weighs 51 lbs.
