Hi there! Me and my buddy are two male coonhounds, I’m Brown Dog and he’s White Dog. We were dumped as puppies in 2020 but have been lovingly cared for by an elderly couple. Sadly, they can no longer care for us, so we’re looking for a new forever home— together, if possible.
We’re friendly, smart, highly trainable and great with people and other dogs. We’ve lived outdoors with an electric fence and are used to being brought in at night. We do have strong hunting instincts, so a home without small animals is best. We are also great running dogs and will stay right by your side, either on or off leash.
I’m Brown Dog (the smaller boss) and I take a daily glucosamine supplement after recovering from Rocky Mountain spotted fever as a pup. My brother, White Dog, is a bit more reserved but loves ear scratches. We’ve never met a stranger and can’t wait to meet you!
