Story
Name: Moose Age: 6 years old DOB: March 26, 2020 We recently moved into a smaller home with a tiny yard. We are unable to give him the full attention he deserves due to packed work schedules. We’ve had him since he was old enough to leave his mom and ever since some of the family members have been dealing with bad allergies from him. He’s scared of thunder and fireworks. He likes to hold onto your arm for hugs when you pet him. He’s a really good dog! Unfortunately he has gotten loose from our house and was picked up by the pound. We searched for him for hours and was unable to find him. The pound found him the next morning and I know he was scared. He gave a little nip. I have to disclose this. I know he was scared. Never in the 6 years we’ve had him has he ever done anything like this to any of us. Please do not let this push you away from considering taking him in. He’s very sweet and loving!

Story
If you would like more information about Brown Dog & his buddy, White Dog or are interested in adopting them, please contact this number, 281.932.8413 Hi there! Me and my buddy are two male coonhounds, I’m Brown Dog and he’s White Dog. We were dumped as puppies in 2020 but have been lovingly cared for by an elderly couple. Sadly, they can no longer care for us, so we’re looking for a new forever home— together, if possible. We’re friendly, smart, highly trainable and great with people and other dogs. We’ve lived outdoors with an electric fence and are used to being brought in at night. We do have strong hunting instincts, so a home without small animals is best. We are also great running dogs and will stay right by your side, either on or off leash. I’m Brown Dog (the smaller boss) and I take a daily glucosamine supplement after recovering from Rocky Mountain spotted fever as a pup. My brother, White Dog, is a bit more reserved but loves ear scratches. We’ve never met a stranger and can’t wait to meet you! Story
Alvie is a smart, playful, cuddly puppy looking for his forever home. This Blue Heeler / Pointer mix has the best of both worlds: the sharp intelligence and loyalty of a Heeler with the sweet, affectionate energy of a Pointer. At about 40 lbs, Alvie is right in that sweet spot of “big enough to adventure with, small enough to curl up next to you on the couch.” And he loves to cuddle. After a good play session, there’s nothing he’d rather do than lean into you for some quality couch time. He is very smart and has already learned several new tricks in just a few days! Alvie is already potty trained and knows the basics, and next he’s working on leash training. He’s also an excellent sleeper and does well in his crate. Alvie would thrive in a home that can give him daily exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of love in return. If you’re looking for a smart, sweet companion who’s ready to grow up alongside you, Alvie is your guy. Alvie is a male Australian Cattle Dog/Pointer mix with an estimated date of birth of 11/29/25. As of 4/12, he weighs 40 lbs.

Story
Auggie is a sweet, smart little gentleman with the most adorable split-face markings and the softest puppy eyes. This handsome boy is full of love and personality! He’s already showing off his brains — Auggie knows “in” and “sit,” and he’s doing so well with potty training. He’s eager to learn, loves positive attention, and aims to please. Whether he’s soaking up the sunshine, sitting politely for a treat, or looking up at you like you’re his whole world, Auggie will absolutely melt your heart. He’s searching for his furever family — one who will continue helping him grow, give him lots of cuddles, and let him be their loyal best friend for life. 💙 Augie is a male Australian Cattle Dog/Pointer mix with an estimated date of birth of 11/29/25. As of 2/7, he weighs 17.2 lbs.
