Mistreated, starved, and dropped at the shelter by her previous family, sweet Callie was broken hearted until Freckles Foundation came along to help her get the second chance she deserves. This unique little pup just wants to be loved and cherished, well-fed, and will do just about anything to find her furever home. She adores kids, long walks (which she never got before), and lots of cuddles. Callie gets along well with other dogs, is crate trained, and diligently working on potty training. She is still a work in progress as she never received any of the care she should have but, every day, this smart girl progresses a little bit more into the perfect pup she was meant to be. This dog's adoption fee is $450. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs....all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! Puppies require an adopter who is home a good part of the day to continue their training! They are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives.
