Poncho Local is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! Poncho is a sweet and easygoing little guy who is nothing like the typical chihuahua. He is super chill, doesn't bark alot, and is wonderfully tolerant with respectful kids and FEMALE dogs his size. Poncho enjoys cuddling, likes to be held, and would love a home with a warm lap waiting for him. He does mark since he is still intact, but that should improve once he is neutered. **Due to clinic delays: this puppy will be available for adoption with the collection of an additional $100 spay/neuter voucher deposit, which will be refunded upon receipt of successful procedure at our partnering clinic. Russell is a 7-year-old small mixed-breed dog who is very affectionate with adults and enjoys a calm, predictable home environment. He is healthy, neutered, crate trained, and fully housebroken. We are looking for a child-free home with experienced dog handlers who understand fear-based reactivity and can manage his triggers safely. Russell has had a bite incident involving a child and recently snapped at our toddler, which is why our home is no longer safe for him. In the right environment with adults only, we believe he can thrive and feel secure.
