Hi! His name is Dream. He was born in a liter of 6. He is 4 years old. We don’t exactly know what kind of dog his father is. We were told he is a Bichon Poo but based on vet visits we don’t think that is true. We are sure his mother is a Morkie, part Maltese part Yorkie. We are looking for an owner who has a bigger space for Dream to play and interact with others. He is a very fun, loving, energetic dog who needs an owner who can give him patience due to the fact that he is so energetic and is also willing to train him and show him tons of love!

We bought Charlie for my parents in 2015. My mom passed away a few years ago and my dad passed away as well. We brought Charlie to our house to live with us, but our two dogs are not adjusting to him being here full time. They are much bigger dogs and we feel safer keeping Charlie in a cage while we are away, and it’s not fair to him. He gets along with everyone and with all dogs. He’s never been around a cat. We are just hoping to find him a good home to live out his final years.

This friend has just arrived because their owner could no longer keep them. While owners can provide some history on their pets, our medical and behavioral teams will still evaluate them. Dogs that have lived in homes previously typically have some training established, but we cannot guarantee that those behaviors will remain consistent in a new home environment. They are pending interactions with other animals at the shelter until they have been cleared by our vet. Our staff will spend some time getting to know them and we will update their bio with more information as we learn. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
