You would expect that someone would come looking for Jeffrey, but no one did. He was left to fend for himself for who knows how long. This delightful 8 pound one year old loves everyone, kids especially, and his main goal is to have as much fun as he can with whoever he meets. He has an endearing toothy smile that will melt your heart. He loves kissing so you should get ready to pucker up! Jeffrey needs a brush up on housetraining. He has never had anyone in his life to show him the ropes and teach him to be a real dog. He is crate trained, however, and sleeps peacefully in his crate at night. He loves walking on leash but needs to learn the nuances of walking by your side. We will place Jeffrey in a home with a fenced yard, since he loves exploring and we want to keep him safe. Jeffrey needs a home where the family has the time and will be patient with a puppy. He is a super special little guy who will bring so much joy into your life. He just wants to be loved. Jeffrey is up to date with vaccinations and neutered and being fostered in the Ocean County NJ area. Say hello to Oscar! This gentleman is an 8 year old 16 pound Yorkie who enjoys taking in the world, a good nap, and newly interested in chew toys! Oscar is a rescue from a puppy mill and is learning about the world outside of the cage he was confined to. People are new to Oscar and if given the space to investigate at his own speed he is learning he can trust humans! Once shying away from loud sounds or people he now eats treats out of his foster moms and loves being scooped up and tagging along for a ride in the car. As long as introductions are slow, Oscar will cozy up right into your arms. Oscar loves like size dogs and although less enthusiastic about the large dogs in his foster home, he seems to be gaining interest. While he would do well with a like size dog sibling, he also would love to steal your heart for himself! In terms of house training, Oscar is working on going outside on leash. He does consistently potty in one spot indoors and has made great progress with keeping it on the wee wee pads. Oscar has made so much progress and is ready for a home to call his own!
