If you prefer your pup laid-back, calm and quiet but with lots of cuddles, Junior checks all the boxes 🥰Junior may appear to be reserved but wait till he gets to know you. This kid will follow you around and wants to be held or be next to you. He is perfect for a work-from-home gig or a retired family who likes to take leisure walks and/or couch time. He is content to just hang out wherever you are. He doesn’t make a sound. If you get up, he gets up. He will be right on your heel. Outside, Junior stays close to you. Even off leash, he walks beside you. Junior is great with all dogs, even the rambunctious ones. They can bark and they can hump but Junior isn’t fazed. He carries on his business. He doesn’t argue back or try to chime in. I don’t know about you, but to me, Junior is perfect. Junior is about 8 years old, 10lb Yorkie. He is looking for a quiet home where he can be a companion to his humans. He makes a great emotional support animal.

Imagine spending your time with a handsome, unassuming older gentleman who listens quietly to all your bitching, vents, complaints, and when you are done, he looks adoringly at you as if to say, ‘everything is going to be ok, honey’. Wow. That would be quite amazing. Joey doesn’t hold back. He adores his humans, and he lets you know it. If you want to just sit quietly and absorb yourself in your favorite activities, he will sit with you quietly and keep you company. If you want to take a little stroll, Joey will be the first one to lead you to the door. Joey loves his walks. He pulls a little at the beginning from excitement but eases into a nice pace as the walk progresses. Joey loves to smell everything along his path. He likes to know who has been there before him. He leaves his business cards to let others know ‘Joey was here’. Joey is 11 years old, 15lb Yorkshire Terrier mix. He may be 11 but Joey is healthy and still has a lot of pep left in his steps! He is looking for a family he could spend the rest of his life with. Quiet, relaxing time on couches (or laps) walks, car rides will make Joey quite happy. Resident dog(s) welcome. Joey is honestly just perfect!

 Frankie is a sweetheart. He is 15 years of age which makes him a senior but is a yorkie, a small breed, which means he can have several years left in life. He is crate trained and needs to go to the crate if you leave. As long as you get him out regularly, he potties outside. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. Story
Meet Olivia, she is a 3 to 4 year-old Yorkie, probably a mix. She loves to be held and to play. When she came into our group she was severely matted, but look at her now. This little 6 pound baby is tons of fun. She is doing well with the potty training. Once you get her on the schedule, she’s pretty much clockwork, unless it is pouring out then she prefers a piddle pad. Olivia can plug into most situations although small children might be too much for her. She is easily stepped on and loves to chew on your hands, we are working on that. She loves playing with other dogs and she tries to play with cats, but is sometimes too much for them, unless you have a very playful cat. This girl is definitely a lap dog. She is also working on walking on a leash, she prefers a stroller or your arms.
