Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. DAMEON and his 4 siblings (BAELON - VISERYS - AEMOND - AEGON) were turned in to the shelter as strays. But by their mannerisms and as healthy as they were, we believe they were kittens born to a domestic mama cat. These guys are the absolute sweetest kittens ever! Say hello to DAMEON, a delightful Abyssinian Tabby from Hemet, California known for his playful spirit, sweet demeanor, and, of course, his love for cuddles! DAMEON is a true charmer who not only loves his humans but also adores his fellow cat friends—he’s all about socializing and spending time with his feline pals. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. MIKITA is now healthy and ready for adoption. Meet MIKITA! This sweet, laid-back girl is a beautiful Abyssinian Tabby, rescued from a difficult hoarding situation in Lucerne Valley, California. While MIKITA can be a bit shy at first, it doesn’t take her long to get comfortable in her new surroundings. With a little time and patience, she’ll warm right up and start showing you just how loving and affectionate she truly is. MIKITA’s gentle and sweet nature makes her the perfect companion for someone looking for a quiet, affectionate pet. Skye was found in Tijuana, Mexico, curled up on an old sheet, surrounded by broken concrete and torn-up boxes. Seeing this precious boy trying to find comfort on a pile of rubble absolutely crushed my foster’s heart. She called me, and off Skye went to the vet. Thankfully, his story didn’t end there. We would never rescue a cat just to put him back on the streets. Skye came into his foster home, where he finally found something he had been missing for far too long—safety, comfort, soft places to sleep, and plenty of good food. ❤️ Now this beautiful boy is ready for a new beginning. Siamese cats are known for being incredibly intelligent, social, affectionate, talkative, and deeply bonded to their people. Skye is looking for a patient, loving home that will give him the time he needs to adjust, feel safe, and learn that he is finally home. Skye is also friendly with other friendly male cats and has even done well with dogs! As with any animal, introductions should always be slow, calm, and respectful so everyone has time to adjust. Like every animal we rescue, Skye deserves time, patience, and understanding as he settles into his new life. Meet Toulouse! This handsome Siamese point kitten has striking blue eyes and a sweet, social personality. Toulouse loves people and gets along great with other cats. His foster home has active dogs that are a bit much for him, but he does fine meeting dogs through a baby gate. He’d likely do best with a calmer, more laid-back dog. Toulouse has a whole lot of love to give and is ready to find his forever home!

This girl is a total snuggle bug who loves being near her human and will come when you call her. She’s not food‑motivated — she’s you‑motivated. She’s incredibly affectionate, but she’ll give you a gentle “okay I’m done now” love‑bite when she’s had enough. She’s a play chaser, a door‑watcher (so no quick outdoor access, please), and she’s perfectly happy living indoors. She’s been great with a dog — mostly uninterested, only hissed when ambushed. She could coexist with another pet, but she’d truly shine as a solo queen. If you want a snuggly shadow with personality, boundaries, and endless charm, she’s your girl.
