Isabella is a stunning almost 2-year-old Great Pyrenees mix and a whopping 113 pounds of pure love! This gentle giant has a calm, laid-back personality and a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. She can be a bit shy in new environments or around new people, but she warms up quickly to adults and becomes a wonderfully affectionate companion. Isabella is great with both dogs and cats, and she’s even housetrained — a total bonus! Because she’s shown discomfort around children, Isabella would do best in an adult-only home where she can feel safe and relaxed. She absolutely loves food and proudly shows off her “sit” and “lay down” skills when treats are involved. Isabella enjoys long, lazy naps, sneaking in bed cuddles, and making adorable little “talking” sounds when she needs something — especially if you scratch her ears just right! Sweet, loyal, and wonderfully mellow, Isabella is ready to bring her gentle giant energy to a loving, quiet home that will cherish her right back. All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
