Meet Ashley 💛
Ashley is a 4-month-old Great Pyrenees mix already weighing in at 45 lbs — and somehow she’s just as gentle and soft as they come. She joined us from one of our rural rescue partners, and it’s clear this sweet girl is soaking up all the love and new experiences she can.
Ashley rides wonderfully in the car, she’s polite and doesn’t jump on people! She can be a little nervous when meeting new people at first, but give her a minute and you’ll see her true self — incredibly sweet, submissive, and eager for affection (belly rubs are her love language). She’s done great with kids and other dogs, and while a bit timid in new environments, she handles it all with quiet bravery. With time and confidence, we think her playful puppy side will really start to shine.
Ashley is still a puppy and will require a home understanding of a puppy’s need to learn new routines, build confidence and positive habits, and learn all the joys of living in a home.
Ashley is on the lower-energy side for a puppy right now, making her a great match for someone looking for a calmer companion — but like any young pup, she’ll still benefit from continued socialization and gentle guidance as she grows.
