Meet Teddy 🧸🤎
Teddy is an 8-month-old Pyrenees/St. Bernard mix who weighs an impressive 103 pounds — and yes, he is every bit the giant teddy bear his name suggests.
This sweet boy is still very much a puppy, just in an extra-large package! Teddy is playful, affectionate, loves kids, and does great with other dogs. He’s an absolutely precious boy who loves being part of the fun and has so much potential.
Teddy was surrendered because his previous family works long hours, and when left alone in the house, he can be destructive. But at only 8 months old, Teddy is still a baby! He hasn’t been crate trained and hasn’t had much opportunity to learn what’s expected of him when his people are away. He needs an adopter who understands that a giant puppy still needs puppy training, structure, patience, and appropriate outlets for all that young-dog energy.
With someone willing to put in the time, we think Teddy is going to be an incredible companion. He already has the sweet, social personality — he just needs someone to help him with the rest.
Teddy would love a home where he gets plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and continued training. He is great with other dogs and loves kids, but cats are a no-go for this big guy.
At 103 pounds and only 8 months old, Teddy may still have some growing to do. He’s big, goofy, playful, and absolutely PRECIOUS. Truly, just one giant teddy bear looking for someone to give him the time and guidance every puppy deserves. 🧸🐾
