Story
Meet Janet — A Gentle, Big-Pawed Baby Guardian 🤍 Janet is a precious 2-month-old Akbash/Anatolian Shepherd mix, and she’s every bit as special as she looks. With her soft personality, oversized puppy paws, and gentle spirit, this little girl is ready to melt hearts wherever she goes. Janet is playful, social, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. After playtime, she’s always happy to curl up for a nap—she’s truly the perfect mix of fun and calm. At night, Janet settles beautifully in her kennel when placed in your room, sleeping soundly while you sleep. Her sweet nature shines with every new person she meets. Her foster mom even brought her to her assisted living facility, where Janet greeted each resident with a wagging tail and a soft, gentle approach. She quickly became the star of the day—everyone adored her! As a guardian-breed mix, Janet would do best in a home with a large yard where she can explore, stretch her legs, and grow into her breed’s natural instincts. Janet is truly something special—loving, kind, and full of potential. She’s ready to find the family who will cherish her as much as she’ll adore them. 🤍🐾 ----------------------------------------- If you’re interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt. Story
🌟 Meet SABLE — 6 months • 50 lbs • Anatolian mix 🌟 Have you ever seen a smile this big… and eyes this blue? 😍 Sable is the total package — beauty, brains, and a goofy personality wrapped into one very lovable puppy! At just 6 months old, she’s already impressing everyone with how smart and sweet she is. ✨ What makes Sable special: • Knows sit, touch, and come (smart girl!) • Rides beautifully in the car 🚗 • Loves dogs of all sizes — big or small, she wants to play • Adores people of all ages — kids included • Silly, playful, and full of joy • Just wants to be everyone’s best friend 💕 🐾 She’s still working on her leash skills like most puppies, but she’s eager to learn with the right person by her side. Because she’s an Anatolian mix with some independence and curiosity, she’ll need a secure 5-foot fence or taller to keep her safe. Sable is ready to grow up in a home that will love her as much as she loves them. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, stunning companion — this girl is it. 👉 Apply to adopt Sable today!

Story
Elsa is an extremely sweet girl who has been a fantastic member of our family. She was raised in an in-home preschool and is incredible around kids. She loves to play with her sister, a golden doodle and has never had any issues with her. Unfortunately right around the time her breed traits started to develop, my wife was recovering from a hip surgery and I broke my leg/dislocated my ankle. We have not been able to properly control her barking or independent desire to stay in the backyard. If it weren’t for our injuries we’d be able to properly train her and keep the breed traits under control, but we can’t. She will make an incredible companion for anyone who wants lots of love and cuddles and a pet who will always be vigilant protecting their home, or for someone who has land/livestock.

Story
There’s a new DUDE in town, and his name is “Coop-Dog”. 😎 Ok, his name is really Coop, but he has enough swagger to pull off Coop-Dog. So, what makes this boy “swag”? Keep reading. Coop is a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees who currently lives in a foster home with five dogs, three cats, two kids, AND chickens! How’s that for well socialized? He is housetrained and knows how to “sit” and “down” when asked. This cool guy is fine on a leash, but he would prefer exploring his surroundings on his own. He has energy to burn, and he will need plenty of opportunities to expend it. Toys? He can take them or leave them, but make sure those shoes are put up; that is his “toy” of choice. Coop doesn’t seem to think rules are made for him. Hehe Coop is a handsome guy, and he knows it, so he will shed his coat quite a bit to make room for his stunning new fur. He is loving and sweet, but he can get “pushy” when he wants to go somewhere. He will push his way through. We call it pushy, he calls it swaggy. He can jump 4-foot-tall fences, so ensure you have a taller and secure fence, so he doesn’t go on an unsupervised walkabout. Coop is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $175. You can apply to meet him at PawsitiveTailsKC.org. Once approved, a meet-and-greet will be scheduled. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 Coop-Dog is too cool to wait, so hurry and get that application completed. Coop OUT! ✌️
