Female, 5 yrs 9 mos
Stephenville, TX
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Sassy was surrendered because she was no longer wanted. She is a very sweet dog who can have very high energy. She can be excited at first when going on a walk, but once she settles down she walks well on a leash. She is not house trained, but is said to do well in a crate. She does not do well with cats, and only does well in passing with other dogs. It is unknown how she is with livestock but she is not dog friendly. She is supposed to be good with children. She loves receiving belly rubs and tends to flop down on her back dramatically to get them. She loves to play occasionally, especially fetch. She has gone home with a few volunteers for a few hours and she loves snoozing on the couch. She has received all her vaccinations, microchip, a spay, and de-wormer. She is heart worm negative and on prevention. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public. Adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. Please note that availability is subject to change at any point in time per ECHS discretion
