Story
Best dog, wrong time. Theodore is an 85lb 11-month-old Great Pyrenees/Aussie mix. He is an intelligent, playful, obedient, and mellow puppy. He has good manners and no observed behavioral issues. Theodore knows an array of commands and consistently respects boundaries. He is food-motivated and loves to play (also has an "off switch"). I need to rehome him for various reasons, none pertaining to his behavior. He is truly the best puppy I've met, and I have been so lucky to have him. I will do whatever I can to ensure he is placed in the best possible home. Theodore was diagnosed with panosteitis several months ago, which is a common, temporary inflammation of the long bones, primarily affecting his front left leg. His medicine costs about $1 per pill and takes one pill per day. He has been unable to play with other dogs since his diagnosis and will need help being properly socialized. I will need to get to know you/your household before consideration. I will answer any questions.

Story
We rescued Charlotte from a pound. She was skin and bones, practically without fur and weighed only 60lbs. Her health was failing and we knew she needed help. We were told by the pound that she had been used for breeding and dumped in the wild where she lived until a family with young kids found her as Charlotte was following the kids on their property. I reached out to multiple organizations about fostering her but no one was available to take her on, so we did. In the time that passed, Charlotte quickly put on weight and all of her fur grew in! We were so amazed at her progress. She’s a big, healthy, loving, loyal girl who just needs a flock to protect. Unfortunately, our son has developed very severe allergies and we are needing to rehome her. She would thrive in a home without other dogs, with room to roam and be outside but also a good couch to snuggle on. She is a good girl who has been through so much, nursed back to health and needs a home to settle down in now.
