Fiona is a shy girl and does best with another dog to lean on and show her the ropes, but she has the biggest heart. Earning her trust is a worthwhile endeavor that is endlessly rewarding. While she's nervous meeting new people, each time she has shown us that she is getting more comfortable and just needs people who will be patient with her. Her favorite things are her blanket and hard nylon chew toys! She also enjoys her Level 2 Puzzle Toy, and she's so smart, she may even like higher levels. Fiona is very silly, bouncing through the backyard like a bunny or a deer and seems the most carefree when she's playing outside. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped!

This furry, handsome gentleman is Argos! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 9/7, and no one has come to reclaim him. Argos is now searching for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe him as friendly and playful. He takes treats very gently. Argos is a bit strong on leash so he'll benefit from someone patient and kind who can give him a refresher on leash walking skills. We're betting Argos will be an amazing adventure buddy, so if you're looking for someone to hit the trails with, he's your guy! Argos is approximately 3 years old, and he weighs 58 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Argos in run 17; his ID # is 661698. Meet Gunnar! Gunnar is FUN FUN FUN! He is a 10 month old Siberian Husky mix who has never met a stranger. He weighs 48 pounds and is pretty much full grown. He is playful and friendly with everyone- he loves kids, other dogs, and playing all day!! However, he does love to chase cats. He loves to go on car rides and get pup cups and to snuggle up on the couch to watch TV. Or to take a nap in bed with you. He is a high energy boy though! He would make an amazing hiking companion. Gunnar is crate trained and house trained. He is a rambunctious boy and he does need some manners around little kids- he has no idea how much he weighs and will jump right into you. For an adult, this is manageable. For a little kid, he will knock them over. Gunnar would do best with an owner who is use to training and setting boundaries with a puppy and kids who are not going to be afraid of a puppy who is learning how to be a respectful family member. He is WONDERFUL and is a volunteer favorite at adoptions. He knows "sit and is working on "down. Gunnar is super smart and just needs someone to spend time with him. He loves to cuddle and to spend time with people. He is AWESOME with other dogs and has lots of four legged friends and he makes new friends everywhere he goes!
