Male American Akita White and brown Birthday February 14th 2024 This dog was a wedding gift to us in 2024 by my brother who will be selling him for us (easier emotionally). Appa’s name comes from Avatar the last Airbender because of his similarly beautiful fur coat. We live on quite some land with no fencing, and because we both work, most of the day he had to be chained up but he is a very smart dog and would often run off to neighbors (bc he is not fixed). As far as training Appa, while he was with us we had another same breed, older Akita (male) on the property also not fixed so he dominated the place, and there were 7 people living in the same house so it was hard for Appa to listen to one person, he does know the basics. We are devastated to have to say goodbye to him, he’s such a great friendly goofy dog. We love him to pieces but that’s why we have decided to find Appa a new home because he deserves more attention and love. In our situation with no fencing, running off
