Hatchi’s story is heartbreaking — he came into the shelter with his brother, but when their owner returned, they only took his brother… leaving Hatchi behind in a high-kill shelter. He soon found himself on the euthanasia list. Hatchi is now in a loving foster home and is looking for his forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and supported again. Hatchi does require eye drops daily for the remainder of his life. In our dream world, Hatchi would find a human that would help him feel confident and secure in a FINALLY stable environnment.

113 days and counting. This is how long Yodawg has been waiting for his forever family. He is being fostered, continuously working on his manners and socialization skills, eagerly awaiting to make his best first impression. Yodawg is about 3 years old. He is probably husky and akita and maybe another breed or two, making him the best breed of all - a marvelous mutt. Some quick fun facts - ✅ He is a handsome boy who receives all of the compliments. ✅ He is neutered, chipped, and UTD on shots. ✅ Crate trained. ✅ Doggy door. ✅ Basic commands. ✅ Enjoys car rides. ✅ Plays well with other dogs. ✅ Loves people. ✅ Walks well on a leash. Jax is a very sweet, playful, goofy & smart boy. He has quickly picked up commands like sit, lay down, stay, kennel, & gentle (when giving post-dinner dental treats). Jax is a 1.5yr old Husky-German Shepherd mix and was adopted from a Sacramento shelter in late Sept. in hopes to be a companion for our 3yr old German Shepherd. Upon adopting, we quickly found out he guarded food and toys. He was also severely emaciated. Since September, he has gone from 60lbs to approximately 75lbs, has been potty trained, and has slowly gotten better with resource guarding, but continues to do so. He plays well with other dogs in a park setting and at home, however he would best thrive in a home as a sole dog due to the guarding. He doesn’t do well with cats. He does spend time in his kennel when we are away, as he has presented destructive behaviors if left alone. He does very well in his kennel and would best thrive in a place with a fenced yard, as he’s still learning recall. He’s a very sweet boy♥️

She loves to cool down in the pool during the summer months. Kairi does have some stranger danger, so proper introductions with people is important to make her feel secure. She is a big dog, and can get excited, so she will need continued guidance on how to do this. She's a big, sweet girl, in need of a medical foster without dogs, cats, kids, or stairs. She has severe hip dysplasia, but shhh.. don't tell her that! She's still an active girl that loves to play and go on walks! CRCCS will provide anything needed for her continued care! Her adoption process includes training, demos, free services and more.
