However, Husk is looking for a cat-free home. Husk enjoys his walks and is a wonderful leash buddy! He had TPLO surgery in 2022 and is currently favoring his other leg, so he’s on light duty while staying comfortable and healthy. The good news? DAWG will be covering Husk’s TPLO surgery post-adoption through Shelter Medical to help get this deserving boy on the road to recovery! ❤️‍🩹🐾 Despite everything, Husk remains full of love and charm. Bosco is social, active, and enjoys being around both people and other dogs. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion or regular play opportunities. He’s affectionate in his own husky way and bonds with his people, but he’s not a couch potato—he’s happiest when he has something to do and somewhere to go. Bosco is still working on some common husky habits, including jumping and mouthiness. His recall is improving every day, which is a great sign of his ability to learn and respond to training.
