Unfortunately we need to rehome our 6 year old Husky, Luna. She requires a home without children or small dogs. She does have a resource guarding problem with food and has bit our daughter. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, kennel and potty trained. She is quite independent, enjoys playing tug-of-war and going for walks (although she does pull). We are located in Yakima WA and can travel for the right home. Please message me for more information.

From the moment she arrived, she’s shown herself to be a truly joyful, people-loving pup.This happy-go-lucky girl doesn’t seem to have ever met a stranger — she greets everyone with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. Lolli Pop has been very outgoing at the adoption center and is already showing all the signs of becoming a wonderful family companion.At just 4 months old, she’s already about 27 pounds, with long legs and big ears to match. Based on her size and build, Lolli Pop is expected to grow into a large dog, so she’ll thrive with a family ready for an active, growing puppy.If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate pup with lots of personality and even more love to give, Lolli Pop may be the perfect addition to your home.This pet is available for adoption on 1/20/2026 12:00 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. Meet Kurt, a five year old Husky/Malamute mix.Kurt is a big, beautiful boy with a heart that’s just starting to open up. It seems like he’s spent much of his life on the streets, fending for himself and figuring things out the hard way. Because of that, everything is new to him – from the comfort of a soft bed to the feel of a leash.Despite his rough past, Kurt is showing us he wants to connect. He’s the kind of dog who leans into you once he starts to feel safe – a sign of trust that’s truly special. He responds well to kindness, loves treats, and is looking for a person who will treat him with respect and patience. In return, he’ll offer quiet loyalty and a bond that runs deep.Kurt isn’t ready for a loud or busy home, so no young kids at this time, and a calm environment would suit him best.
