Story
Cheddar is a 5-year-old Malamute mix with a calm spirit and a love for life’s simple pleasures. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, he warms up and shows just how sweet and curious he really is. One of his favorite things is going for walks and taking his time to sniff and explore the world around him. Cheddar would do best in a patient, loving home where he can enjoy a steady routine and plenty of time to take in all the smells. What I Need In a Home:* Older children recommended

Story
Grizzly is a 4-year-old Alaskan Malamute with a sweet, loving personality. We’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. He’s great with kids, other dogs, and even cats. He loves the outdoors—especially snow—and enjoys walks, camping, fishing, and car rides. He’s house-trained, kennel-trained, and spends most days outside. Grizzly needs more time and space than we can give with our growing family, busy jobs, and small yard. He is very well-behaved. He deserves a home with room to run and someone who can give him the attention and love he thrives on. Rehoming him is incredibly hard, but we want the best for him.

Story
Simba has spent too long waiting for his forever family. 💔 This strong and spirited Akita-Husky mix is full of energy, loves his toys, and is happiest on long walks or playing with his human. He’s sweet, loyal, and ready for the right home. If you’re looking for a dog with personality and heart, Simba is waiting to meet you! 🐕 Adopt Simba: https://form.jotform.com/221926016430144 Full profile: Simba is a 6-8-year-old Akita-Husky mix with the personality of an Akita and the heart of a lion. He’s playful, sweet, and full of energy but needs a confident and strong adopter who understands his needs. 💪 Strength & Training: Simba is powerful and can pull when excited, so he needs someone physically capable of managing his strength. He’s learning commands like sit, down, paw, and “potty” and thrives with structure. A harness might help with his pulling. 🐾 Energy & Personality: Simba is not always a couch potato! He loves long walks (2+ miles is no problem), playing with his toys, and getting plenty of attention. He’s affectionate and cuddly but always ready for adventure. 🏡 Home Needs: Simba would do best in a home without small children due to his strength and energy. He’s good with other dogs, especially more timid ones, but does best with boundaries around toys and space. He’s also quite the counter-surfer, so keeping things out of reach is key! 🐕 Health: Simba has a thyroid condition that is managed with treatment, giving him renewed energy and playfulness. Simba has had a lot of love and care from his foster, but he’s ready to find his forever home. If you’re looking for a strong, loyal, and playful companion, Simba could be your perfect match. 💙 Ready to meet Simba? Apply to adopt him and give this big-hearted boy the home he deserves. 📌 Share to help Simba find his forever home Currently being cared in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and anywhere within the US continental, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.

Story
Name: Tank Sex: M Age: 1 year DOB: March 15th, 2024 Weight: 75 lb Breed: American Akita  Meet Tank: Your Devoted American Akita Cuddle Buddy! Tank is the ultimate mama’s boy—loyal, loving, and always putting his person’s heart first. Both him and his sister were welcomed at six weeks old into an Akita-loving home. Tank grew up with his sister and two other American Akitas on a three-acre playground, but by seven months of age it was clear he needed to be the only dog in the home. He began to fight with his sister (typical littermate syndrome), which made the older male Akita aggressive towards Tank. For his safety, he is now searching for his perfect match—someone who wants an affectionate, smart, and devoted companion.   Tank thrives on love and affection. He will be your shadow, always by your side, and always ready for snuggles. He’d love to sleep in bed with you but is also crate-trained and respectful of your space. While he loves a good toy and outside time, he prefers staying indoors and watching a movie with you. Smart and playful, he walks well on a leash, will sit for a treat, and will patiently wait for you to return home.   Tank will steal your heart, but he will also be very protective of his own at first. Tank is not acustomed to anyone other than his owners and isn't welcoming of strangers. He will need someone to be patient with him while he adjusts, but the patience will be worth the love he gives. If you’re looking for a best friend who will adore you unconditionally, Tank is ready to be yours. Likes: His favorite snack is red apple slices, he likes walks and he loves sleeping in bed with his owners.  Dislikes: Strangers/Amazon and Grocery Deliver Kids? Teens are welcome- he's never been around small children. ##2346534##
