Story
Please say hello to Mr. Nash! Nash is an approx. 6-year-old mixed breed boy who came to us from Moose Factory. This handsome boy is as sweet as he is striking, super cuddly, affectionate, and happiest when hes soaking up love from his people. Nash has made wonderful progress with his house training and is 100% full housetrained. Hes crate trained (especially if there are treats involved!) and settles in nicely at night. On leash, hes enthusiastic and may pull when excited to see other dogs or animals (squirrels!), but with continued guidance hell keep getting better. He also rides calmly in the car and is a gentleman at the vet. Because Nash can be protective of treats and toys around other dogs, hes best suited as the only dog in the household. He has also shown some guarding behaviors with children when high-value items are involved, so hell thrive in a home without kids or with older, dog-savvy children. Nash hasnt been tested with cats, though he did show a little too much interest in them during a vet visit, so a cat-free home is recommended. Nash will thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention as the only dog, with no cats or small animals. Hell do best with adults or older, dog-savvy kids who understand the need to give him space around high-value items. What Nash really needs is a family committed to continuing his training and helping him feel secure. With consistency and love, hes sure to blossom into the loyal, affectionate companion hes meant to be. His foster family describes Nash as a cuddly, special boy who cant get enough of belly rubs and neck scratches. He adores his people and happily soaks up every bit of attention he can get. Nash spends much of his day lounging outdoors and is always up for a walk or an adventure. With his affectionate personality and love for the outdoors, Nash is sure to bring warmth, joy, and companionship to the right home. Story
QUICK FACTS  Name: Taemin Age: 5 years old Gender: Male (Neutered)  Breed: Malamute mix  Color: Brown Weight: 25kg / 55lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was rescued just in time from the euthanasia list at a city pound, simply due to a lack of space. I’m not sure how I ended up there, but thanks to kind rescuers, I was given a second chance at life. Now that I’m safe and cared for, I’m ready to leave my past behind and find my forever family who will love me unconditionally.    MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  I’m a super sweet and gentle boy who loves people and is friendly with all my dog friends—especially the smaller ones, who I’m extra gentle with. I’m smart and eager to learn, and I already know how to “sit”! Photos and videos don’t quite capture it, but I’m even more handsome in real life. And don’t let my bigger body fool you—I’m easy to handle and absolutely love snuggles.    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I’m super friendly with people and absolutely love meeting new friends! I happily soak up pets and attention, often folding my ears in half while enjoying all the love. I’m also comfortable being picked up and cuddled—extra bonus for snuggle time! · With Dogs: I’m super friendly with my dog friends and get along well with dogs of all sizes, including smaller pups—I’m always gentle with them. I can be a little over-excited when meeting new dogs at first (I just get so happy!), but I quickly settle down and become more mindful of my size. One of my favorite things to do is play with my care facility buddy—it’s the best fun! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.    ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have a medium energy level and love spending time outdoors running around and enjoying fresh air. After I’ve had my fun, I’m more than happy to head indoors and snuggle up for some cozy, relaxing time.    TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food with people or other dogs and am generally a quiet, easygoing boy who rarely barks. I know how to rest calmly in my kennel, walk nicely while following my handler’s lead, and am comfortable pottyingboth indoors (using a pee pad) and outdoors.    MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever    SPECIAL NOTES  I’m a super sweet boy who truly deserves the absolute best! I’m incredibly friendly with both people and dogs, and I know that any family who welcomes me will feel so lucky to have me. Right now, I’m on a little diet to shed some extra weight, but it’s just helping me stay healthy and happy for all the love and adventures ahead!   Taemin's Youtube Playlist    Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org  For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2638268##

Story
Hi… I’m Cony. I may look strong and steady now, but my story began much too harshly, much too early. When I was only three months old, I was tied up in a place where dogs were not loved — a place where I was never meant to feel safe. I was still just a baby who should have been beside my mother, yet all I knew was a rope and a fear I didn’t understand. One day, the rope came loose, and I stepped out into the world. But the world wasn’t safe for a tiny puppy either. I wandered until people tried to catch me. They had to use tranquilizer darts — three times. Not because I hated people. Not because I ran away from them. But because I kept going toward them. Even then, I wagged my tail. I looked into their eyes. I tried to walk closer. And somehow, that small, stubborn love in my heart gave me another chance at life. I still love people. I greet new faces with a gentle, open heart, and I get along well with other dogs too. I walk nicely on a leash, ride calmly in the car, and can stay comfortably in a flight crate if needed. I understand basic cues like sit, paw, down, and house, and I always try my best to listen. I just… really love affection. When you pet me, I might quietly ask, “Can you love me a little more?” It isn’t a behavior problem — it’s simply the tender heart of a dog who didn’t receive enough love in the beginning. Right now, I’m doing well with my potty routine. But if I move to a new home, I may have a few accidents at first. New environments can make me nervous, and I may need some time to adjust. If you guide me gently and give me patience, I promise I will learn and settle in beautifully. I’m only three years old — still young, yet I’ve already been through so much. And still, I never gave up on people. I still walk toward you. I still wag my tail. What I’m wishing for isn’t anything extraordinary — just someone who calls my name, a happy walk each day, and the quiet reassurance that says, “You’re safe now.” I hope the next chapter of my life is not about fear, but about peaceful, ordinary days filled with love. Will you be the family who writes that story with me? 🐾💛
