Story
Meet Maxx, a handsome and energetic young dog who carries the intelligence and independent spirit of his Alaskan Malamute heritage in a unique, less-fluffy package. Weighing around 75 pounds, this one-year-old is ready to bring his loyal and playful personality to a forever home.Maxx is a dog with character. He loves plush toys and squeakers, staring at his reflection, and a good game of basketball. He is an independent companion who appreciates his own space but is always ready to lend a helping paw, whether it be by pushing open doors to help bring in groceries or ringing the doorbell. His most endearing trait is the warm, cuddly welcome he gives when his people return home.He has a fantastic foundation thanks to his foster family. Maxx is house-trained, crate-trained (and prefers to sleep in his crate even with the door wide open), and knows basic commands like `sit` and `stop.` He loves his walks and is making great progress on leash manners, though he will do best with a confident walker who can continue his training. He has been good with older children and shows a playful curiosity toward other dogs on walks.Maxx is looking for an active, patient family who can provide him with the love and structure he needs to truly thrive. If you are ready for a devoted and wonderful companion, ask about Maxx today!Maxx is located in Houston, Tx and can be transported to most states for $300.00

Story
Max is use to getting he special treats bryers vanilla ice cream and 2 percent milk I have him on blue buffalo dry food He also looks forward to his snacks in between. For adoption Max must have a place to run freely. These type of dogs are very high energy and must have exercise .As long as he has a safe place to run and play he's happy. Loves his daily walks. An adult or a child can reach down and take his toy or food. I taught him that since a puppy. The only thing he does not tolerate is another dog eating his food. He will warn them. Generally max is a love bug. I was never afraid to take him out at night by myself. He protects his master at all times. Never ever had an accident in the house. He sits shakes comes when called but is stubborn when he wants to stay outside. I never would give him up but I now am in congestive heart failure I'm not able to walk or play with him. Being in apartment now is also hardAll I ask is that you love and treat him with respect. Thank you

Story
Say hello to Reese! This lovable pup needed a new home unfortunately. He just turned 2 years old. Here is his story. Our aunt and uncle adopted in when he was 8weeks old. He loved his new family and his new feline siblings. They love him to death and when he was about 14 months old they unfortunately had to rehome him due to medical issues they were having and could no longer give him the love ans attention that was needed. We decided to take him in cause we didnt want to see him go to a rescue and we thought all would be fine with our dog we already have (a male sheepadoodle that is now 4 that we have had since he was 8 weeks). Everything was fine for the first month and then when they noticed they both had to share the territory, it became a battle. We have been trying to work with Reese, but the fighting wont stop. Before Reese joined us, both dogs were only dogs in their families. We love him, but he would do better with a family that he will be the only dog. Please ask any question
