Story
Pax came to us from a multiple-dog family, so he is good with other dogs. He's also great with the children in his foster home. He's looking for a forever home . . . how about yours? He is food motivated and an enthusiastic student when training. He rides comfortably in a car, is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He has been surrounded by a loving foster family but his public exposure has been limited. Obedience classes would be great once he's comfortable in a new environment. They would reinforce the training he's had, and would widen his world, showing him unknown humans are a source of positive attention and rewards. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. My adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $225. If transport is needed, my adoption fee is $525 (out of state, East Coast, Great Lakes or New England regions). Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org! Story
Bulma is a 3 year old, 70 lb American Bulldog. She is a super happy, very friendly dog. Her friendliness, however, doesn’t necessarily extend to other dogs. She can be a bit of a bully when she thinks she can get away with it. Bulma was raised outside with her brother (who was recently adopted). They had food, water, shelter and love from their human, but they were never allowed to live inside. When their mom became too ill to continue to care for them, she, regrettably, surrendered them to rescue. Bulma is affectionate and energetic. Her foster recommends she be placed in a home where she can be an only dog and get plenty of exercise. Her original human reported that she also had a cat that frequently spent time behind the fence with the dogs, but this hasn’t been tested and verified since entering rescue. Bulma hasn’t been tested with children but we have no reason to think she would be anything other than her sweet, friendly self. She might be a little much for very small children, since she is not bashful about showing love (just like every other Bulldog we’ve ever met). She needs some training to learn her doggy manners and she is very eager to please. She will be tons of fun, laughs, and kisses on day one! If adopted locally and/or adopted in person, her fee is $275. If transport is needed, there are additional fees to cover department of agriculture requirements and transport, the additional fee adds $300 each to the adoption fee (any location out of Tennessee, East Coast, Great Lakes or New England regions)Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org!To Apply Please Copy and Paste to Your Browser:https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=hb2428&method=online_form_html&formid=41LOCATED IN CROSSVILLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN. Story
Seeking a loving home for my American Bulldog, approximately 5/6 years old. This sweet dog enjoys walks, loves attention, and is great with other animals, babies, and kids. If you’re looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, please reach out! Biggie does have a skin allergy, so he is on a vegan food diet. He takes an allergy medicine in the AM with his breakfast and gets an allergy shot every 3 weeks.

Story
Part couch potato, part dramatic king, part “oops-sorry-I forgot I’m strong.” This handsome hunk is searching for an experienced, adult-only, pet-free kingdom to rule (mostly from the comfort of a couch). Hot Dog is affectionate, loyal, and deeply committed to giving you his whole heart. Hot Dog is looking for an experienced owner who can give him the guidance and structure he thrives from. He doesn’t know his own strength and can get a bit overwhelmed. With proper training techniques, you can quickly re-direct his attention to something positive, TREATS! Hot Dog is as silly as his name implies and simply loves people.

Story
Dusty is such a sensational puppy! Six months old and with beautiful color, he was pulled from a high intake Houston shelter and now has made it to Rhode Island and is in foster care. An approximate American Bulldog/Boxer mix, he will not likely be tall, but he will be a chunk. Dusty is extremely bright, an excellent learner, and is a thinker with a very level personality. He is goofy, but also responsible, and we see in him and his vigilance the potential to be a most loyal companion and a excellent guardian. He is a people lover and very friendly, gets on great with other dogs, and is very responsive but not clingy or underfoot. This is a rock solid puppy who deserves to go into a home where he will continue to be guided, socialized and *trained* (he is much too strong a dog not to be), and with that done we are pretty sure he will be the best dog of a lifetime for some lucky someone....a really nice boy with a world of potential. Crates well and is well along with his housebreaking training. For questions or to request an application please contact Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. Southpaws is proud to maintain its adoption fee at $450, but we unfortunately cannot adopt to residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire due to state restrictions there.

Story
Pocket sized bulldog mix with great Corgi type ears! Very friendly girl who listens well. She is good in her crate. Loves to go for long walks and car rides! Ginny is not high energy. She would do well with an older person/persons who has a fenced yard where Ginny could get out of the house to take care of "business"
