American Bulldog American Pit Bull Terrier

Male, Puppy
Peoria, IL
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Good with dogs, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Roscoe is a friendly sweet boy, who energetic and always looking for pets and belly rubs. He will great you when you let him out of his cage by turning over on his back for a belly rub. And will often become boneless if you hit a good spot behind his years. At 7 months old, he has a lot of love to give. The ideal home for him is one where he space to run around and go on frequent walks. Unfortunately he does not get a lot of that now due to a busy schedule and small home. I’m a hoping his next family will shower him with the love, time, and attention he deserves. Bought from a local Peorian American Bully breeder, he was the runt of his litter. He makes up for his smaller size with his loyal and big heart!

After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system *Please see our modified no-risk return policy. (below) The PCH adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location. Adopters should bring a pet carrier and leash to pick up. Adult pets will be wearing a collar. American Bulldog

Female, Young
Bloomington, IL
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Meet Honey, the 2-year-old American Bulldog mix with a heart as big as her love for toys! At about 56 pounds, Honey is the perfect size for playtime and cuddles, and her energy level will keep you entertained for hours. She’s house trained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to most homes. Honey's foster family describes her as friendly, outgoing, confident, happy, and playful. Her love for toys is legendary—she can go through three boxes of toys a day, flipping them in the air and chasing them around. She also enjoys running in the yard, especially if there's a soccer ball to chase. With her high energy levels, she would do well in a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play safely. Despite her energetic nature, Honey does great on leash and loves going for walks. Although she's only been on a few walks with her foster family, she’s already shown she’s a pro at it. Honey's intelligence is another of her great qualities—she knows basic commands like sit, down, stay, and eyes, and she's always eager to learn more. When it comes to people, Honey is a true social butterfly. She hasn't been around young kids, but her foster family thinks she'd do well with children over 10 years old, mainly because she's still learning to play gently. With other dogs, Honey is doing well with slow introductions, but she might be happiest in a home with another active, playful dog. However, she could also thrive as an only dog, getting all the attention and playtime she craves. If you're looking for a smart, energetic, and affectionate companion who will keep you laughing with her playful antics, Honey might be the perfect match for you. Just rub her belly, and she’ll happily curl up on the couch with you. Apply to meet her and see for yourself what a wonderful addition she would be to your family!  Her minimum adoption fee is $295 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
