Story

Loki really is a wonderful dog. We have had him since he was 10 weeks old. He is an energetic ball of fire who afterwords wants to snuggle up and watch tv. He loves snacking on peppers and ice cubes when you’re in the kitchen. He loves our small shitzapoo and 4 cats but unfortunately outside of that he has only shown aggression towards other animals outside the home. He has never been people or food aggressive but due to the aggregation with other animas he can no longer live the community he is in. Overall our family is devastated to be having to say goodbye. Our hopes for Lokis future is a life full of love with someone who wants to keep him busy and chill out after with him. He loves walks and hikes but again he must always be muzzled. Like any respectable god of thunder, Thor didn’t think much of the fences meant to contain him, and after a few great escapes his former owner surrendered him to a kill shelter. Lucky for Thor, he found his way to CH Boxer Rescue instead. So far Thor has shown us he’s a really good guy: Friendly with people Calm and non-reactive around other dogs 50 pounds of handsome Boxer energy He’s currently in boarding, but from what we’ve seen we think Thor would likely do well with a fur sister who wouldn’t mind sharing her kingdom. This beautiful young fawn boxer came to CH Boxer Rescue as an injured stray, and the moment we saw her, we knew she needed help fast. Everlee was rushed straight to the vet with a severely broken and infected front leg. While her fracture had already begun healing on its own, our focus became treating her infection and getting this brave girl comfortable, safe, and on the road to recovery. Despite everything she’s been through, Everlee’s spirit is nothing short of amazing. Estimated to be just 7–9 months old, she is dog friendly, unbothered by cats, heartworm negative, spayed, and up to date on all veterinary care. What truly shines is Everlee’s sweet, forgiving heart. Even after what we suspect may have been an attack, she still loves other dogs and is ready to embrace the bright future ahead of her.
