Story
Meet Piper — Your Adventure Buddy, Snuggle Partner, and All-Around Best Girl Hi, I’m Piper! I just turned 1 year old and weigh about 70 pounds of pure love, brains, and fun. I’m a unique blend of American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bully, and a mix of other awesome breeds — think of me as the limited-edition model of the perfect adventure companion. Raised in a home, not a kennel, I’m already housebroken, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and on flea/heartworm prevention. I know all the basics — sit, down, stay, touch, and look — and I have great recall. I’m smart, food-motivated, and always excited to learn more. ⸻ Why You’ll Fall in Love • Adventure Ready: I love hiking, off-roading, car rides — if you’re going somewhere, I’m in. • Playtime Superstar: Fetch, balls, scent games, puzzles… I’m your girl. • Velcro-Level Loyalty: I bond deeply and love staying close to my person. • Smart & Trainable: Quick learner, eager to work, and focused with snacks. • Balanced Energy: I can go on adventures all day and then crash for snuggles at night. ⸻ My Ideal Home I have a confident, dominant personality. Because of that, I do best as the only pet in the home. I’m more about people than pack life, so no dog parks for me — but I’m all about walks, yard time, and exploring the world with my humans. ⸻ I Come With Everything You Need You won’t have to buy a thing. I come with: ✔️ A giant bag of dog food ✔️ Food & water bowls ✔️ A comfy bed ✔️ Toys and enrichment items ✔️ A crate (if you want one) ✔️ Anything else you need to get started ⸻ If you’re looking for a loyal, active, smart companion who will make every day more fun, Piper is your girl. Story
Chopper had a dad, but he got a job in a different state and was trying to find Chopper a home, or he was going to put him down, I got Chopper the day before that happened . Chopper is a fun boy, loves to ride, walks well on leash, likes to fetch a ball, and really loves to be close to his people. Chopper would do best as an only dog. This boy has the cutest “aroooooo” and he loves to talk like that when he’s happy and engaged.

Story
Hi! My name is Dolan and I am looking for love! I mean true love! furever love! I was born in December of 2023 and have been with a nice family who are "fostering" me ( whatever that is) Anyway they are really good to me, taking care of me and loving on me. They even brought in two little pups to play with ( they are "fostering" them too). I was surrendered to these nice people who call themselves Clifford's Army because I had a cherry eye. That has been repaired and all my vetting done, so I am ready to find my people! Could that be you? If so, please read our recommendations and fill out our on line app. RECOMMENDATIONS & PROCEDURES Please note, the following are recommendations for puppies and different breeds of dogs. We will evaluate each application on an individual basis to see what is best for the dog/puppy and the potential adopter. Puppies are very fragile and not toys. We recommend children be at least six years old to be considered to adopt a puppy. Small breed dogs ( such as chihuahuas, yorkies, shih tzus , etc) we recommend children be at least eight years old. Herding, working breeds we recommend children to be at least 12 years old. Again these are recommendations. Adoption Procedures: We will travel up to two hours ( one way) to do physical home visits and we do not do virtual home visits. Most of our dogs come from bad situations and we want to know where their forever home is going to be. While we do not require fencing on all dogs, certain dogs that need a fenced in yard, will not be adopted unless potential adopter has one. We also adopt some dogs to people who live in apartments ( as long as the landlord approves) but not all dogs. We do not adopt to anyone under 21 years of age. We also do not feel college students are the best fit for most of our dogs. Most of our dogs again, come from bad situations and need lots of attention. Most college students have financial responsibilities and we feel need to be focused on school. Our goal is to match the dog with a family that fits the dog’s needs. We are solely focused on what is best for each dog in our rescue. These dogs have had enough moving around, dumped out like trash, and we want to ensure they find their forever home. We do require you sign a contract and if at any time you cannot continue to provide for the dog, the dog comes back to the rescue. Your first step to adoption is filling our our on line application. You will then get an automated email stating we got your application Next our adoption coordinator will be in touch either by phone or email If your references check out, a home visit will be scheduled. After the home visit is done, a meet and greet with the dog you are interested in and/or any other available dogs we have will be scheduled If the dog and you are a match, contract will be signed and you may take your new family member home.
