Lucy is a sweet, people-loving pittie mix, about 3–4 years old. She’s a short, medium-size girl (30–40 lbs) with white fur, brown/gray patches, and light brown facial markings. She is potty and leash trained, cooperative during bath time, and has done great with my 9-year-old niece. Lucy is very affectionate and loves belly rubs and companionship. In our short time together, she’s proven to be a wonderful hiking and walking companion. I’m helping rehome Lucy due to her owner no longer being able to care for her—not due to behavioral issues. Unfortunately, I can’t keep her because of my living situation and my cats, who have not been friendly with her (Lucy has been gentle and non-reactive). Lucy is used to having room to roam and would do best in a home with ample outdoor space and indoor access. She’s not suited for apartment or small-space living. She’ll make a loving companion for someone with the time, space, and heart to give her the life she deserves.
