Sweet Soba is a beautiful senior girl that was pulled from the euthanasia list at a high-kill facility in Houston just in the nick of time! Soba is a gentle girl that loves attention. Don’t let her age fool you though...she’s very spunky and playful! Soba loves attention and is very affectionate. She is also treat motivated so training her will be very easy! Soba is microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations so she is ready to join her new loving family! Our adoption process includes an application, a meeting/play date with your future fur baby, a brief home visit, and an adoption fee. Our adoption fees are in place to offset veterinary costs (spaying, neutering, vaccines, deworming, and microchipping) and to ensure our dogs will not be used for dog fighting or any other malicious purposes.

Raider is a stocky dude with a big personality! He adores people and making new friends (both human and fur)… his new friends don’t always love meeting him though:( . He doesn’t always recognize social cues and can try to force his love on others. He will need an owner who doesn’t mind setting firm boundaries and is familiar with the breed. Raider is an awesome car rider and knows a ton of commands sit/wait (before eating), stay, come, lay down, paw/shake, load up(to get in the car) , crate , down, and the list goes on.  He is house broken. He loves walks and exploring. He is very treat motivated and will do just about anything if there is food involved. He loves to snuggle with his person after. Raider is up to date on vaccines and neutered. However, he is heartworm positive but the rescue will continue to provide treatment for him.  *He would do best with dogs his size or larger as he can be very pushy/bossy. I like the company! They also say that I feed off the emotions of other dogs. Because of this I would only feel comfortable going home with a very laid back, passive dog. A home with no other dogs would be even better! You will always catch me with a smile on my face. Eager to please and eager to love! Those are my words to live by! **This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** While we joke about Knight being a jerkface of a dog, the truth is he is one of the sweetest boys you'll ever meet. Mellow yet energetic, this stunning 7yr old bachelor is in the prime of his life and looking to settle down. Found at a Buddhist temple, this handsome boy has had some truly rough patches and deserves a warm comfy spot on the couch to spend the second half of his life. Carrying an inbedded bullet close to his heart tells of struggles in his past, but never slows him down. He is an absolute clown, prone to making less than stellar decisions. He's been known to bite holes in jackets to reach treats, easily overpowers small children, and can be a touch of a brat when he feels it's time to behave as one. That said, he is without a doubt the staff favorite at the shelter, and while we will hate to see him leave we hope every day that the right family will come for him. When he's being his 'good' self, he's a dream on a leash, and listens to commands well(sit, down, shake, and stay) - 90% of the time he's an angel, the other 10% sometimes makes us wonder if all dogs really go to heaven, and we adore him 100% of the time!! You're sure to fall in love with his soulful eyes, and warm cuddles. At a commanding 65lbs, Knight is a very strong and athletic boy which makes him the perfect running partner. He adores time on the treadmill just as much as he loves sunbathing, and is always ready for a cuddle session. Not the biggest fan of other dogs, and loathing of cats, Knight will need a single-pet household. **This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Betty Boop is my name, and snuggling is my game!! I am currently spending time in a foster home where I am learning what it is like to be loved for the first time. Everything in the home is a new experience for me but I am eager to explore every inch of this new world. I spend my days following my foster parents around with my 3 other fur siblings by my side. I enjoy playing with the other dogs in the home but most of all just love a late night snuggled up on the couch with my family. Although I am a smart girl, I do still have accidents in the home and am still adjusting to using the restroom outside. My foster parents believe that I may have been hit by a car based on the trauma to my hind legs. I love to run and play for short periods of time but I would do best in a slow paced home that does not require too much activity. Over the years my body has worked hard to heal itself but my knees will be something that my new parents will need to monitor throughout my life. I do great with children and have also passed my cat test! People were not always kind to me during my first few years of life. My previous family had dumped me at a park with my collar and chain still hanging around my neck. Now that I am safe I am making the most of it.
