Meet Cooper! This fluffy little cloud is a roughly 3 years, 10 lb American Eskimo Dog with the softest coat and the sweetest soul. Cooper came to us alongside his brother, Bandit, after they were found as strays—through no fault of their own. Despite the sudden change in his world, Cooper has held onto his gentle, loving nature. He’s a sweet boy who enjoys his walks and is doing well on leash. Cooper is still building his confidence, taking in the world one paw at a time, and it’s incredibly rewarding to watch him come out of his shell. Sasha is a 13-year-old female American Eskimo Dog. She is spayed. Her previous owner passed away from a heart attack in 2023, after which she was taken to a local animal shelter. I adopted Sasha as a friend of her previous owner and have been caring for her for the past three years. Unfortunately, due to severe allergies to dog dander and dust within my family, and after my daughter was born (who also inherited similar allergies from my husband), we have made the difficult decision to rehome her. Sasha is in very good health for her age. She is a calm and gentle dog who enjoys quiet companionship and independence. She does not require a lot of exercise or constant attention, and she is an excellent companion dog for a peaceful home. We are hoping to find a loving and responsible new home for her where she can continue to live comfortably and be cared for in her senior years.

Meet Noelle! Noelle is a 7 year old Pomeranian mix. She weighs about 12 lbs. She is quite the beauty queen and loves to be brushed and loves her treats! She currently lives with another dog and gets along well with him. She would probably be fine with cats also based on her personality but she has not been around cats. She is not a nuisance barker but will join in with her foster brother when the mailman is at the door. Noelle is fine being left alone for short periods of time. She really wants a person who is retired or is RICH, so they don’t have to work! Lol! She enjoys playing with her toys and loves a good game of tug of war. Noelle is housebroken and goes outside on her own to do her business. Noelle loves to eat and is food motivated. She uses a slow feeder bowl or we hand feed her to prevent her from eating too fast and to teach her we provide the food and she doesn’t need to be possessive over it. She sleeps quietly in her crate at night. Noelle loves to be held and just wants to be with her people. Although Noelle is a Pomeranian mix, she has the pommie personality through and through! She is silly and loves to ham it up when she “sits up pretty” but she is also strong willed and can be stubborn at times. She does not like to walk on a leash and will resist any attempts to go for a walk. We have been working on that with her but haven’t made much progress. We will not place Noelle with children at all. She just doesn’t vibe with them. We aren’t sure of her past but we have a feeling she was left to fend for herself. Noelle has a small patch on her back that will not grow hair. The vet said it looks like she suffered from some sort of chemical burn. It is all healed up but it just will not regrow the hair in that spot. It doesn’t bother her at all so it shouldn’t bother you either. She’s beautiful regardless of the missing hair. She is a smart girl and is learning that the good life isn’t so bad after all!Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
