Shortly after arriving in rescue (after being dumped along with another dog), we discovered she was pregnant, and she spent the past three months in full mama bear modeloving, protective, and completely dedicated to her babies. Now that her puppies are grown, Nutmeg is beginning to relax and truly blossom. Nutmeg has become a social butterfly! She loves people, big and small, and does well with other dogs and cats! She is affectionate, gentle, and incredibly sweet. She is house-trained, crate-trained, sleeps quietly through the night in her crate, and is very treat motivatedmaking her both a wonderful companion and eager learner.
