Come visit with Koda!  This pocket pittie is absolutely adorable.2 years oldApprox 40 lbsNeutered male He will need to learn some house manners most likely but does know how to sit! He is also crate trained and loves everyone Koda and Puka, despite having never met before, have formed an extraordinary bond that speaks volumes about their resilience and spirit.  They narrowly escaped a tragic fate at an Arkansas shelter, where they were just hours away from being euthanized. These two remarkable dogs are not only affectionate and friendly but also get along well with cats, showcasing their gentle nature. It is heartbreaking to think that they were almost lost simply because someone chose to abandon them. Bluey is a handsome and well mannered boy who needs someone gentle, patient and willing to take the time it needs to help Bluey feel safe and confident. Volunteers love to take him for walks on the River Path. He is a favorite at the shelter, given his laid-back attitude. He will make a very affectionate and loyal pet. Can be dog particular. From Bluey's foster: We went all over town, meeting lots of other pups and people on the way. Bluey was good, letting everyone go by. He liked the walk even if he took his time, up and down to FLC, up and down Main Avenue. We had Buckley Park to ourselves, and Bluey took the opportunity to relax under ideal temps. He was shy around people who wanted to pet him, so we took it slow.

Franny is a soft gentle girl with a whole heart ready to love. Miss Franny is ready to be by your side and do best with a consistent schedule. Notes from foster: She is as sweet as can be. Great attitude overall. Confident, obedient, trusting, and happy to be taken out for a walk. Oh, so happy! That tail was wagging nonstop. She was smiling. We met many dogs on the Riverwalk. Franny remained unfazed. The shelter confirmed that she was very good with other dogs. She was great on leash, too. She never begged for treats and accepted them gently. One dog walker offered to take our picture. Wasn't that sweet? Franny willingly participated and jumped on a rock to pose with me. Franny has not given up on finding the right family that she will unconditionally love. Love, her foster buddy.
