If Zuko was in the MCU, he would be Captain Marvel. He's a big, strong adult, a beautiful dusty brown color. Unlike Captain Marvel, he can't free himself from the shelter on his own. He's a stray so his background is shrouded in mystery. He will benefit from some positive training and an active household, where he can relax and show off his superpowers.

Carter has got an impressive look that says, "Check me out." A striking white dog with great black spots around his eyes, he is a pooch with a mind of his own. He's friendly and energetic, likes people, treats, and to be petted. He seems calm around other dogs, but slow intros are always a good thing. As he's adjusting to his surroundings, he's quite eager to be active! Carter is a good boy and will appreciate a gentle and slow approach in new settings. At a year old, he would benefit from an attentive, loving home and positive training that will support him in living his best life.

I'm in a FOSTER HOME! If you would like to set up a time to meet with me, please email my foster parent at mhsg95@gmail.comMy name will ring a bell for many a literature fan, and just as for my literary namesake in Vladimir Nabokov's novel, things were not always so easy for me. I found myself at the shelter one day with my doggie pal and couldn't go back to my previous home. It was quite a change and so it's been taking me a bit of time to warm up to people and the new situation -- but I am always willing to try connecting with humans if some yummy things like hot dogs or cheese are involved. Otherwise, I have 4 years of life experience on my resume, so just enough to make a settled and loyal companion. Good looks are another thing I added to my CV -- my light brown coat and beautiful white markings are the main features here. I would like to enter a wonderful new chapter of my life -- or even a whole new novel, and if you have similar inclinations, let's turn those leaves of our autobiographies today and start writing a new story. And a nice volunteer recently said this about me: "My goodness!! How he no one snatched this sweet lady up already! She is sooooo polite with loose leash walks. Loves some fetch followed by cuddles! She gives other dogs friendly, happy tail wags. No prey drive on walks. Seems potty trained! Oh and she gives the sweetest, happiest smiles whenever she sees you!" Yup, that sounds exactly like me! Have you heard that ladybugs bring good fortune? It's true - if that fortune is friendship and cuddles! My name is Ladybug, and I am a WONDERFUL 3-year-old miss. I'm eager to please and make friends very easily. I also like cheese :) One staff member said that I am a 10 out of 10- that's how wonderful I am. And I have the cutest wiggle butt ever! I was a stray, but I am ready for a loving home. Come by and meet me today!
