Brady is a super friendly boy who is all about fun, play, and affection. He is a happy, energetic, spirited boy, usually with his tail wagging, who loves to be with people and share his zest for life. Brady adores every minute of attention and playtime, loves to play fetch and be silly with toys. He enjoys back rubs, belly rubs, and hugs, and walks nicely on a leash. It’s truly a shame that Brady has been at the rescue for 6 years and is now about 10 years old (and 55-60 pounds). However, despite his age, Brady is in good condition and has the spunk and energy of a young dog. He would love a new parent who will hang out with him a lot and engage in lots of playtime. Her owner’s daughter was driving a long distance every single day just to let Ginger out because she couldn’t bring her home due to having a dog that wasn’t dog friendly. For the past few weeks, Ginger has spent over 24 hours at a time alone in the house waiting for someone to come back for her. Now this sweet senior girl is terrified in a shelter environment after spending her whole life in a home. Despite everything, Ginger is an absolutely amazing dog. She is gentle, loving, friendly with dogs and cats, and just wants comfort and safety again. Senior dogs deserve better than ending up in a shelter during their golden years. He survived being used as a bait dog, and was found with a bullet wound in the leg. He has healed but will always walk with a limp. His past doesn't stop him. He is thriving in his foster home with a loving family and even a dog sibling who he loves. He loves to play with toys, stuffies, snuggling.
