Camber was abandoned with me by her mom (my ex) about two years ago and I’ve tried giving her a good life but as my schedule gets busier with work and children I can’t provide her with the life she deserves. We were in a house up until a few months ago which made it a little easier but now that we are in an apartment and my family has grown it’s just not fair to keep her. She’s a good dog. Gets along with my cat and older dog. Never bit anyone. She’s just so full of energy and needs someone who can appreciate it!

Chelsi is a 3 year old pitty mix who is truly the epitome of “good with all kinds.” She loves people, kids and adults alike, and does wonderfully with cats and other dogs. She is a gentle, friendly soul with an easygoing nature and a big heart for everyone she meets. This sweet girl has been available for adoption since the early summer of 2025 in Kansas. She was transferred up to Nebraska to give her a fresh start, but Chelsi is more than ready for her forever family. She’s been waiting patiently, and she deserves a home of her own. Chelsi is house trained and does not need to be kenneled. While she has had a harder time adjusting to being kenneled at her most recent foster home, she has previously kenneled well in past foster situations. With consistency, patience, and time, it’s very likely she could do so again if needed. Chelsi can be a bit spooky in new situations. Loud noises scare her pretty badly, and even after a couple of weeks in a foster home, big or sudden sounds can still startle her. Cars can also be overwhelming for her, and she will need to be lifted into a vehicle. These sensitivities don’t change who she is at her core, they just mean she needs understanding and gentle support as she navigates the world. If you’re looking for a truly friendly, loving family dog, Chelsi is your girl. She bonds easily with people, fits beautifully into a variety of homes, and has been more than ready for her forever family for a long time now. Chelsi is fully vetted, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, HW negative and up to date on preventatives, and ready to go. Story
Ace is a former shelter dog that would love to find his way out of boarding as the kennel environment is starting to wear on him after several months. He is 6-7 years old and weighs approximately 62 pounds. Our best guess on his breed is an American pit bull terrier mix of some kind.   Ace loves to go on walks and only pulls when he spots a squirrel. He does not enjoy water, but will sit like a good boy during bath time. We suggest that Ace be an only dog and think he would do best with older children.   In general, Ace loves cuddling and is usually relaxed. But watch out because Ace likes to keep you on your toes when he has a case of the zoomies. Looking for a canine co-pilot for your couch? Meet Bruegger, a handsome 2-3-year-old pit mix with an incredibly chill vibe. This guy is the ultimate companion, equally happy cuddling up with you for a movie marathon or wrestling with his dog friends for some playtime. Bruegger is a survivor who's putting his rough start in Oklahoma behind him. He's a smart and social dog who loves people and gets along great with other larger dogs. He's also fully housetrained! Bruegger does have a few quirks: he'll bark when you leave, but calms down quickly, and he’ll chew things if they're left out. He's a work in progress, but he gets better every day. Because Bruegger has a strong prey drive, his ideal home must not have any cats or small animals. He was recently returned to us after killing a pet bunny while unsupervised, so this is a non-negotiable for overall safety and happiness. While he is generally wonderful with other dogs, he did have one altercation in a large group setting. However, we do not know what the cause was for this incident, as they were in an enclosed backyard, as they always were so we want to be upfront about this incident. We feel he would do best in a home with older children only and with a meeting, probably just one other dog or as your only dog, but he is a very social dog. If you're ready for a laid-back, affectionate, and loyal best friend, come meet Bruegger. He's waiting to start his new life with you.
